I've used GoMobile's repair services on several different occasions over the past few years. Mainly to fix phones that stopped working or to extract data from those phones. The staff at GoMobile I've found to be very knowledgeable, expedient, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to anyone needing mobile repair or data extraction off a mobile device.

Brought my white Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge 64 GB for repair. Phone had bootloop issue. Next day, Darcy (owner) said he wasn't able to fix it & gave me two choices: leave device with him as payment so he can use the parts in other repairs or he can put the device back together and I owe $25 plus tax for the attempts. I decided to keep the phone. I wanted the phone back because I could sell the parts like the camera which Samsung is known for and mine was in great condition, get a 2nd opinion, etc.2 days later, guy at counter (the guy") handed my phone. I noticed 2 large obvious cracks one on the top right of front panel & another in middle right side of the front screen. I was so shocked and told the guy that was absolutely not the condition I brought the phone in; it had NO cracks

Awful Experience. I asked for a new Camera on the back of my phone. I was quoted just over $200. They took off the screen to get to the camera and broke the screen when taking it off. They then called me and told me the camera was already on and the new screen would cost another $200. They would not give me a discount or cover the cost of their mistake and would not give me the phone back with a screen unless I paid for the screen. In hindsight I should have called the police or taken them to small claims court. It was criminal. The phone was only worth 300 and I walked out with a $480 bill. These people are crooks and should be shut down.

Paul gave excellent advice and speedy service. He was very clear about the options and let me know the price beforehand, so I could make an informed decision. The new camera and battery are working great and I love it that they include a one-year warranty - piece of mind!

Excellent personable service. I *thought* I had cracked my iphone screen after dropping it, but turned out to be just the screen protector that needed to be replaced. Who knew? Minor issue but I'd certainly recommend and will be back with any future real or imagined problems :)

Best phone repair service in Vancouver, hands down. I have had my iPhone screen and battery fixed here on multiple separate occasions. The guys at GoMobile are extremely efficient, organized, and take pride in their service — and it shows. They are willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Each transaction was pleasant and the problems were fixed with no issues. Will definitely be back!

I brought my phone to the store on the 23rd to fix touch-screen problem, which cost me $189.23. The phone stopped working the night it was fixed, but I had to wait until today to bring it back to the store, because of the Christmas Holidays. After 45 mins, the technician told me that if I would like to get the problem fixed, I would need to pay at least $70 for further inspection(without it being fixed). So I went with the refund instead. I asked the person on the phone for partially refund, and the person told me that I would need to pay $25 for the screen. However, when I arrived at the door, the person at the front desk denied whatever the person had said on the phone, and told me I would need to pay $50 in total including labour. When I asked to take my phone back, the staff rejected and claimed that the screen belonged to them (what?). I was still fine, and asked them to replace the screen *that I bought from them* with my original one.The person at the front desk replied, Oh

Paul arrived for my on-site appointment at the promised time and was able to replace the battery on my Nexus 6P without issues. Everything appears to be working as expected. Very satisfied with the service and the results (so far), and would happily recommend to others.
