I visited this Koodo Shop today to switch from CMLink, the staffs here are superrrrrr nice, patient, professional and helpful. Although it took a while to finch the whole process, I appreciate the efforts they made.

Worst customer service experience. The lady was rude and i just requested her some better plans as i am with koodo and she told me to switch to fido if they are giving better plan.

Looking for great help? The koodo rep that helped me today was by far the best help iv had.
