Saf is very responsive if I have any issues or questions. The printer that I purchased last summer is great. Prior to purchase, I had very informative dialogue with Saf via email exchanges. All questions and concerns were answered thoroughly. The printer was ready for pick up when I arrived at his shop. He went through a complete demo and even set up a number of features on the printer for me before Ieft. I am very happy with the printer and even more pleased with the after purchase service. If you are looking to buy a printer, look no further than Maple Copiers. You will not be disappointed.

Thank you to Maple Copiers for the wonderful service. We have been looking for a particular printer for 8 months. After getting the runaround over and over about delivery dates from some of the major players (Staples and Amazon), I luckily found Maples Copiers through an online search. Not only did they have the printer we were looking for in stock but it was competitively priced and they were able to arrange to deliver it to Alberta for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend bypassing the faceless giants where you are only a number and give your business to a company that still clearly values their customers!
