We hired Stairline to do some work on our stairs and railing with a custom stain match I was not able to achieve through a paint/stain store. The match was spot on and their work was very professional. We are extremely pleased with the outcome as well as the value of their services. Every dealing I had with any member of the team was always pleasant and answered any of the questions or concerns I had. Would not hesitate to use them again!

Highly recommended! We hired Stairline to change the whole stairs, handrails, skirts, etc., Sebastian provided great consultation and suggestions for the project and recorded all details of our requests. The removal of existing stairs and installation of new stairs was done by Emma and she was very professional, punctual and caring. They did the installation exactly at the set scheduled agreed before and finished the project on time. We are very satisfied with the quality of their service.

We had a railing installed on our staircase as this bungalow had never had one leading to the downstairs. Alex installed a beautiful railing! He had it matched to the floor and the kitchen railing. I cannot say enough good things about this company and especially Alex and Emma who did our install.We found Stairline though a designer we are working with (shoutout to Ellen!) and we trust her recommendations. After visiting the showroom and deciding what we wanted (my wife had a very clear idea!), Sebastian came by to measure and discuss options with us. This was super helpful as he also suggested he could make us a new mantle for above the fireplace!Install day came and I found the process of how the custom railings are bent to our staircase super interesting. After they were sanded and stained, Alex and Emma returned and spent just over 2 days installing everything to an incredibly high standard of finish.We are thrilled with the result and the quality of workmanship from Stairline. 10/10, highly recommended.

Right from the first meeting to get a quote, to making style decisions, matching the stain to the hardwood floors we have already, we had superb service. We recently had a new railing built and installed by Stairline and they did a fantastic job. They managed to build a railing for lower cost than the estimate and install it earlier than anticipated to ensure our period without a railing was minimal. The new railing perfectly matches our re-finished stairs and re-painted risers. All interactions were professional and met with a rapid response - the installers (Alex and Erik) did a great job, were personable and thoroughly cleaned up once complete. We would (and have already) recommend this company to anybody.
