Very convenient location inside Costco. The doctor answered my questions & concerns and offered advice that was simple, easy to understand, very helpful, professional, and reassuring.My husband and I have both been coming here for years andare very satisfied patients.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with respect to purchasing glasses. Dr. Sunny Wang was attentive, thorough and very pleasant. The glass salesperson, I cant remember her name right now, was so pleasant and helpful that she made purchasing glasses a joy. The big surprise was that the cost was ultimately lower than Clearly. I strongly recommend Costco Optical.

As a symphony musician, my sight is paramount to my career. What I LOVED about my recent visit to this clinic was that the doctor told me about other patients she had treated who were also musicians, so it gave me reassurance that she knew what to ask. Her professionalism stood out, and I had complete confidence in her assessment of my condition. I highly recommend this clinic if you are a musician!

My overall experience was great. I deducted one star for what seemed to be a policy issue. My appointment was at 10:30am, arrived at 10:10am and there was no one in the waiting area. I kindly asked if I could be seen earlier by the doctor but was denied. Luckily, the doctor came to the front desk, directed me to be pre-screened, and if the scheduled patient didn’t show up, I would get the exam immediately after, which was what happened.The technician did the pre-screening efficiently and professionally. Dr Nguyen was very caring, professional, friendly, and thorough in her assessment. Took her time to explain her findings in a simple and accessible way.At the time I left, no one was in the waiting area.Thank you from one satisfied client who certainly will come back.

I went to Costco in downtown Vancouver and couldn't be happier. Booking online made things super easy and the eye exam itself was very thorough. The staff was pleasant, patient and helpful.

I have been to this eye clinic every year for the past few years. The doctors are very knowledgable, young and courteous. The location is very convenient as it is located inside a Costco. I would recommend this clinic to whoever needs the service.

Another excellent experience when having my yearly eye test at the Langley Costco location. Very professional and yet charming. I look forward to collecting my very first pair of prescription glasses.

Dr. Yeung was punctual and professional. She was clear and concise and also answered any questions and and concerns that I had. She also took the time to check few pair of glasses I took in with different prescriptions that I had lost track of) Reception and eye check person was professional and efficient as well.

Excellent service! I phoned and left a message on the answering machine. They phoned back promptly and gave me an appointment within an hour. Was diagnosed with “Floaters”. Prompt, efficient, competent, caring and personable. The receptionist and Dr. Gill made me feel welcome. Thx for such good care!!

Haven't had my eyes examined for four years. Dr. Atwal at the Langley location was very knowledgeable, friendly, and careful. She found something not quite right from the images of my eyes and suggested me to take further examinations. Let's hope everything turn out okay in the end.
