Excellent service from Ray and Jason from beginning to end. They took my trade-in at a good price. Allowed me to test-drive a couple of cars and ran some numbers to see where my point of comfort was. They made car-shopping relatively stress-free, easy and enjoyable. Lots of choices available but don't wait too long to seal the deal. This is a premium spot where they offer great deals and the car you want today may not be there the day after. It can get super busy sometimes but that's just the ransom of their success.

We could not be happier with the purchase of our X3 (demo). Was it worth the drive from Kingston to St. Catharines to deal with Performance BMW? Absolutely!!! We received excellent service from Ray, Bruce, Jesse and Jon. Even though there was a bit of a hiccup with a missing door latch cover, that was dealt with promptly and efficiently. We received good value for our trade-in and were treated exceptionally well in all aspects of the purchase.
