AeroSim Experience Vancouver

Great experience for our 15yr old son. We had a friendly and knowledgeable instructor who tailored the session to suit. We are definitely coming back.

What a great experience.I’ve spent many hours on my home simulator, but this is a real step up. Staff and Trainers provided excellent service here at the Vancouver site. You’ll never feel like the back seat driver. It’s hands on, you are the Pilot. I think whether you’re a total novice and just curious or a little more experienced this a “must do”. And you can take some friends along to enjoy the ride and take pictures you’ll never get elsewhere. And flights as a passenger in an aircraft will never be the same. Appreciation and knowledge level (to share with your fellow riders) will make for far more interesting times on those boring flights. I was given this as a gift which was an very original idea. Absolutely fantastic experience at Vancouver location! If I could give 10 stars, I would!We got a Junior Flight Experience for our son who loves aviation - engineering and flying, and it really exceeded our expectations.The instructor (sorry, we didn't get his name) was great, very patient and knowlegable, making sure our son really enjoys the experience, and giving him options to land the plane in numerous airports around the world.The actual Boeing 737 Max simulator is so immersive and life like - you really have a feeling that you are flying a plane.We already are looking forward to booking another session.This is just an unmatched experience! Thank you for bringing AeroSim to Vancouver!!

Amazing experience at AeroSim! First time trying out a real flight sim with all the cool modern 737-max cockpit! The instructors are very experienced and patient to explain how the flight work! The take off in YVR and landing in HKG is so amazing that there’s no comparison to home flight simulator on a PC.Will definitely come back for another flight!

An excellent experience, a sample of what it's like to be a pilot, Definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys flying. We were still flying high hours later. Thanks for the video, photos and the opportunity. Looking forward to trying it again.

I've taken my 16-year old to AeroSim Vancouver twice and it was a great experience. The booking process can involve some back and forth and the physical location can leave you wondering (unnecessarily) when you first arrive, but once inside you are going to take a seat in the cockpit of a Boeing 737 Max 8. Although the simulator is stationary, you do get the sense you are moving as you look through the windshield and as the instrumentation tracks the movement of the aircraft. Depending on your flying skills you may hear the audible (e.g., terrain, bank angle, glide slope etc) and tactile (e.g, stick shaker) warnings you would receive in a real Max 8. An AeroSim staff member is with you in the simulator and, in our experience (Mitch and Juan), they are qualified pilots who are knowledgeable and encouraging. While it might be reasonable to think of the simulator as a very elaborate computer game, the focus of the experience is to successfully fly the aircraft. We've been impressed and are already planning a third visit.

I went here for my birthday and it was well worth it! After paying for the 60 minute Discovery" experience

We came here last weekend from Ontario, and safe to say we were absolutely blown away. The instructor (I didn't get his name) was absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.One thing however, is I would recommend emailing them before you pay to confirm that the timeslot you want is available and have them reserve it for you before paying for a ticket. They do respond to emails rather quickly as well, so that shouldn't be an issue.Other than that, safe to say if we ever come back to Vancouver, we will definitely be making a stop here, especially if the A320 sim is going to be arriving. I would most definitely recommend this if you are looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.10/10 experience, thank you Micky and Aerosim for the spectacular experience!

A very cool experience. My instructor, Juan, was great, answering all my questions and explaining everything well. It gives you a new perspective and appreciation for what goes on in the cockpit.
