Very happy with Kevin and his team at Glenwood. Everyone is dealing with long wait times because the pandemic but Kevin is a good communicator and kept in touch along the way. In October, I had some minor structural work done on the cottage in a very tight and awkward space. They were able to get the job done without an issue. Also had roof, skylights, and eaves done. I opened the cottage this weekend and noticed one of the eaves troughs were not level and leaking out of the corner instead of draining. Kevin arranged his roofing sub-contractors to attend within 24 hours to address the issue. Really great service.

Glenwood made my teenage dream come true. My mom had bought a new house in 2007 in the homewood area. There was no bedrooms or washroom in the basement. These guys made me the coolest bachelor pad out of what little they had to work with. They arrived everyday with a smile and a joke and I developed a great bond with Kevin and his Dad during this time. I would highly recommend Glenwood to anyone looking for professional service and a job well done. Keep it up guys I’m always looking at your progress on social media.

We did a major renovation and addition recently with Glenwood Construction and they were excellent to work with. Their work was stellar, and their customer service was amazing. The co-owner Kevin Stairs would literally text you back within minutes with any questions or concerns during the process. They truly put the client before anything else. They also maintained a clean job site, managed expectations during the process and stuck to deadlines. They are by far the best contractor we have ever worked with. We would highly recommend them.

Just a shout out to the professionals at Glenwood Construction. Had them install cabinetry in our kitchen and bathroom and couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of the work. Would highly recommend them for any renovations or construction work needed and will definitely have them back.

We hired Glen and Kevin in the spring of 2020, by positive word of mouth, to help us work through a massive renovation to make our casa accessible for our then 12 year old daughter.
