I had a great experience with Johnny's Hot Tub Service, specifically JR and Johnny.From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and gave fantastic advice. They immediately took time out of their day to test my old pumps, and to give me suggestions moving forward. They were friendly, and offered assistance immediately. JR helped me get my hot tub fixed up in no time, in an incredibly efficient way, and went above and beyond to help me out. Because of that, I ordered a new hot tub cover through them, and Johnny was very helpful with that too. His answering machine legit says when he is with a customer 'sorry I can't take your call, but I call every single person that I miss back, so I promise I will be in touch soon' and that he was. That is the kind of service they provide.I would highly suggest this company, appreciate everything they did for me, and will be giving them my business again. I suggest anyone who reads this does the same!

I have always had great customer service when ordering products from Jonny's. I needed a big repair job done recently which is a two hour drive for them and they went above and beyond to get my old tub up running. The technician JR was very helpful and up front with everything that needed to be done. These guys take pride in their business and it shows In their work and customer service. Thanks again guys!

Jonny is an absolute rockstar. We had our tub installed almost two years ago and it didn’t take long for us to have chemical imbalance issues and ominous green water. After going back and forth many times with one of the other guys in town, we ended up buying a cupboard full of chemicals and not seeing any change. After a 15 minute conversation with Jonny not only did I discover I didn’t need all those chemicals but learned more than I’d even known before. Within just a few days we had our tub crystal clear and could enjoy it again!
