I had to take a loved one to this clinic. The doctors are fantastic but it is clear that the receptionists have had to develop a cold hard demeanour. Every interaction is harder than it needs to be. I am a fully functional adult and even I cannot figure out the bureaucracy of this place; I don't know how someone who is severely mentally ill could manage it.Here's some interactions that I have observed during our many visits to this clinic. I am obviously frustrated as I write this, but I truly hope that some of this can be used as feedback for improvement:- Even though my loved one is technically out" of this clinic now and in the hands of the family doctor

every time take at least 4 hours to see a FKin doctor. it's 4.5 hours now god know how longer will wait to see a FKin doctor today at waiting room. I demand more doctors and reduce waiting time averagely to 30 mins MAXIMUM!!!!!!

The Bridging Clinic is extremely crowded but it has basic services for those who lack primary care physicians and or secondary specialist care (eg. psychiatrists, social workers...) Prepare to arrive early and waiting area is not very spacious.

Horrible staff at the front Hold personal things. Don't really want to help because they got better things to do in their life it seems. Takes longer than average to get the meds prescriptions and then they don't even administer it because they didnt get the funding for it. Horrible place would rather recommend the emergency over bridging
