I was worried about dealing with a salvage yard but what a surprise this place was! Nigel was absolutely top notch. He went above and beyond with communication and his overall attitude, kindness and passion was appreciated, making the experience super pleasant. When I contacted Nigel about visible scratches that weren’t noted on the part he without hesitation helped make things right with a further discount off the price. This kind of customer service is rare these days and cherished. Without a doubt I will return to Pro Auto Recyclers in Abbotsford for any vehicle part needs in the future, and thanks again to Nigel.

Hi I have no idea whose the manager on this company but just send my concern to Abbotsford locationI called surrey location to buy seatbelt for Hyundai Elantra 2018 , they told me they can order for me I went tp office and trying to order them ,at this time we check the price for the driver door to he told us the price and I thought 195.00 I told hime it fine after he told us the total price around 1500 I told hime some thing wrong price for 4 seat belt 195.00 and door 198.00 so dosa not make sense hi told us price for door 995.00 not 195.00 it was very high price for the door and told hime we don't want the door ,Hi got angry and told us can not sale any thing to us, I ask can I talkto another sales ,he went and talk to another sales and explain some stuff to him. he came and ask what you want I ask him what is his nameHe told James and I explain what we want and he told us the don't have in stuck and go some where elsI never seen like this in Canada and not good business practice please send my massage to manger if there is any

They were very good at answering my auto parts availability questions when I called them even though they did not have the parts I was looking for so I was given a few names of other companies that might possibly have what I'm looking for.
