Lied to, mislead, drove 3,000 kms to pick up a boat only to find thousands in damage not disclosed and it sitting on a trailer too short for the boat!DON'T recommend doing business with them!!!I work too hard to give my patronage to these types of businesses.

Do not purchase a boat from Pride, if you plan to use their services afterward. Our boat purchase, a year ago, went well but since then it’s been brutal. We are well into the summer and they still haven’t put our boat in the water, a service they offer and that we pay for. You cannot reach anyone, ever! Their customer service is quite possibly the worst we have ever had. Pride, you have to figure that out!

Great variety of boats however the service is really a nightmare. My friend boat a boat from them but it’s So hard to set up an appointment and if you do they either cancel it at very last min or if they show up and fail to solve the problem. I was planning to buy similar boat from them but I decided not to given the very poor after sales experience.

Put my boat into storage until May. Needed repairs before pick up. Boat was unwrapped, left outside in the elements for over 2 months. Call them and nobody knows what's going on. Visit in person and nobody knows what's going on. I paid top dollar, waited 2.5 months for my boat and they caused damage leaving it outside. Shop elsewhere!

Bought a 2019 Sea ray in 2020 fall. Wish i never brought it from Pride. Spent 180K and worst service ever! Dropped it off for a recall in fall 2021 and they wrapped it for winter and parked it outside even though I didn't require that service. So I picked it up in the fall stored it myself inside for the winter then dropped it off May 7th 2022 for the recall. Now June 8th and having a hell of a time trying to get an update. Boat is supposed to be ready June 9th (tomorrow) not sure if it will be.Service never answers calls. And when you do they don't know what's going on and have to call you back which they don't.1 frustrated customer here and will never buy a boat from Pride again. Why to go! This is just the beginning of it for me. Wait until I unleash my wife on them LOLOnly positive thing I can say is Bill (sales) is a great man! The people that work there are actually nice people but they just can't seem to get the job done. 1 star posted due to good people. :)

Bought new 330 Sea Ray Sundancer in 2017. Control panel not working and after calling and being told to e mail, then e mail not responded to I was told the control panel that operates, trim tabs, hatch, anchor, bilge blower and pump is no longer being made. I get this is Searay but their response to me....you're on your own. Check Ebay!Six year old half million dollar boat and cant find the part with ZERO help from these guys.Terrible experience from the beginning and should have ran from the get go with the way the sales experience went.Thanks for nothing.Jeff Smith

Super friendly sales people. Very informative, great selection of Nautique Boats.

sales people are too pushy and fail to provide accurate information; all they want is a quick sale. their vessels are grossly overpriced, I do not recommend there are better places to buy and service recreational boats and/or personal watercraft.
