Lakeshore Medical Clinic

Dr. Michael has been my family doctor since before I was born and always was incredible as was his staff… however, he recently got a new secretary who is rude and unhelpful. I called today and yesterday to make an appointment for my sick 3 year who is unable to get into a walk in clinic as we have lost her health card and are awaiting a replacement. I called first thing in the morning multiple times, left multiple voicemails and they have not been returned. Now when I call it’s automated machine saying their booking is full for the day, then the line disconnects. The few occasions have gotten through in the recent past the new secretary is rude, abrasive and reluctant to do her job. I will be finding a new family doctor.

Very pleasant staffClinic very clean and neatDr Morris is awesome, very prompt with getting back to me re test results , I never feel rushed during my appointment !Waiting time is sometimes 10 minutes otherwise always on time.No trouble parking

drove from saskatoon and even called ahead to when they closed we finally get here from the long drive to have all the doors locked and the lights off waste of damn fuel and my time closed an hour early to what I was told.on the phone and to what it says on Google

Not sure if the lakeshore number directs you to the new location but Dr. Michael moved to Albert and Parliament Primary Health Care.Love going to Dr. Michel he is always so friendly!

Great doctor and awesome staff! Friendly and always there to help! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

wait times are a little long, but good quality workers and care and really thats all that matters

I haven't seen montbriandt in years. Went back to him and I wasted my time. Didnt help me at all and I even felt abused mentally .. he was only focused on one aspect and I completely wasted my time .. I will never go back.

Best doctor in Regina(Dr.Michel). Always takes his time to address your concerns and never rushes. Staff is amazing too!!
