Frankie had the best time and the team was so patient with him as he’s a little nervous at first. Thanks to their patience, he really opened up and had a blast!!

My boy Archie loves Happytails. The staff is amazing, friendly and always so welcoming to us. I love the fact they post so many pictures, I get to see Archie with his buddies. Very clean facility, drop off and pick up is seamless.Recommend highly.

My Golden Doodle Lola came to Happy Tails Pet Resort & Spa for an assessment for daycare. She enjoyed her time meeting other dogs and playing and interacting with them. The staff were wonderful and Lola loved the special attention they gave her. I look forward to bringing her back for more socialization and fun.

First time visiting Happy Tails for my dog to be groomed. Very welcoming staff! The groomer was great with my dog and good communication throughout the process. The whole team went above and beyond to problem solve as my dog had anxiety while being groomed. Highly recommend trying out Happy Tails!

Very good job. He was a little difficult with his feet which I told them about ahead of time but the cost was a bit high. Other than that very pleased

I took my little man into Happy Tails Pet Resort and Spa and they did an amazing job. He recently had surgery and they were very mindful and careful when grooming him. 10/10 would recommend

Happy Tails is a wonderful place to have my dog groomed. The groomer did an excellent job and was attentive to my pet. The Spa which I went to is on Kimberly Ave. and it is clean, well managed and maintained. I would definitely recommend this establishment to pet owners for daycare, spa treatments, and boarding if required.

Happy Tails has been a great experience for our pup so far! We really appreciate the time and care they have put in to working with our 2.5 year old Nova.We tried daycare with another company once before and were just told he was terrified with no suggestions or follow up, which led us to believe daycare just wasn't for him.When we brought Nova for a groom at Happy Tails for the first time last week, they let us know daycare was included. I explained our previous experience elsewhere and that I was apprehensive. They assured me he could take it slow and see how it goes. When I picked him up they gave me a very detailed report card and outlined the positives and negative behaviours he had through his stay. They went on to suggest easing him in with power hours and eventually half days.I am so grateful they took the time to assure me his behaviours were normal for a dog experiencing something new. I really appreciate them outlining a plan to continue working at it until he is more comfortable.Nova went for his first power hour today and will continue to work on his socializing skills. I don't know if we would have kept trying without the support of their wonderful staff! Thank you!

Staff and service are appreciated! <3Booked a groom for my toy poodle who is anxious from past bad experiences with grooming being too harsh for a little dog. The staff here were amazing and the groomer came and talked to me personally beforehand. Staff offered to let my dog stay at no additional charge in the doggy day care for a while to adjust and help with his perception of being groomed and in a new environment.When I picked up my dog they let me know all the details and even sent home a “report card” of how things went and kept the groom style we chose on file for next visit. My dog was so much better for the positive experience.Thanks so much to the staff! We will definitely be coming back. :))

The staff are so attentive, kind, and you can tell they genuinely care of all of the animals in their care. I really appreciate that they separate large dogs from small dogs. Highly recommend
