Best tailor in the Tri-City area.They expertly relined my (very special) leather jacket, and were able to do a “military hem” on a pair of trousers. Great service, great price, great people. Thanks!

The owners are incredibly friendly and provide excellent customer service. I brought 3 of my jackets in for repairs and they were able to fix all three by the next day; completely unexpected! Their prices are very reasonable, the cost for all 3 repairs was much less than I was expecting. The quality of the work is also very impressive. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for tailoring services.

Express Tailor literally saved the day for us! My daughter was in a wedding and to say it had been crazy and hectic is an understatement. She had picked up her dress just hours before the ceremony and it did not fit....at 4pm on a Saturday...yikes! A quick call to Express Tailor to find their new location and her dress was fitted perfectly and we were out by 5pm!! So grateful!! What a blessing!! Nabel and his wonderful family are very talented and very kind angels! We will definitely be back again and highly recommend them for all of your tailoring needs! Thanks again!

They came to my work and fixed two Samsung Fridges, leaking water and ice build up. Very professional, fast service, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be using them from now on and highly recommend them.

I came in with a last minute request to take in the sides of a dress. They did not turn me away and the work was done the next day. The price was fair and the work was very well done. :)

I had a zipper break on some shorts the day before I needed to wear them. I had come and was able to get them fixed within 3 hours for a very reasonable price. It was a great job!

Friendly, but very expensive. For just a hem on a cotton dress, it was $40. Also, I wouldn’t call it express since it took a week. Crazy for a hem of a simple cotton dress. More expensive than the dress lolWould have kept it long had I known the price.

I been to many different tailors in the city of kitchener waterloo but I must say this couple is spot on they hemmed did and tighten a pair of jeans for me and i couldn't have been happier, very professionally, nicest customer service and I was blown away how quick pick up time was, anywhere else was over a week with a rush fee, they had it done for me in 2 days! Going back again today :D

Absolutely highly recommended!!! I got my pants shorten here and they come out great, with a precise length (exactly what I required), and the stitching is careful and strong. Their work is professional and impressive! Besides, it takes faster than I expected.
