Salutations, poor service, bunch’a Barbie dolls and ken work here. Only to look good, but when they open their mouths they lack customer service, customer empathy and customer humility.. tsk. The great advanced and civilized west. Minus one O please.

Poor customer service from management. the only good thing was frobt counter staff were real nice once check clears then y deal with management and thats the problem . Too many customers for them so managers don't care about p up setting people

Yeah Cooke Insurance!! So many of our students from the northern community of Fond Du Lac have trouble validating their learners' in Saskatoon. I have had a wonderful experience with Dave at Cooke's Insurance. I moved from Alberta and was looking for a local company based out of Saskatoon to provide me complete coverage on my home. My initial experience was great, I had lots of questions about my house policy! My questions got answered and I was able to make an informed decision about which direction to go with my home. I am happy to say that I have been with Cooke's Insurance for over 5 years.

Amazing customer service! Was able to get my insurance needs looked after immediately with no issues. Better than the third rate insurance companies on 3rd ave that leave you on hold for 20 minutes and never help. Will definitely be using Cooke insurance from here on in, as they are an amazing company to work with!

We just changed our driver's license and register & insured our car today Aug 28.Tenay assisted us, she is very professional, helpful & patient.There is quiet a bit of work as we were both doing it my husband and myself. Changing it from Alberta to Saskachewan & registering our vehicle as well. The process is so flawless, she had to wait for my husband as he went to the bank to get our banking record, part of registering process from another province. Anyway, the service we received is definitely 5star. Thanks Tenay, you are amazing & the other gal that helps explaining how the insurance works is also helpful. I will definitely recommend this place located in Confederation. Well done!

The owner was extremely condescending toward my wife when inquiring about house insurance policies. Would love to take our business elsewhere, so are patiently awaiting our renewal date.However, Angela (I believe that was her name) who is a broker, is fantastic!

I went in today to renew my driver's license the young woman was wonderful. She sanitized everything before calling me up, was kind and pleasant, I really can't say enough wonderful things about her. Wish I could remember her name. She is the kind of person that makes you smile and feel good about your day. Thank you for the wonderful service.
