The other day I purchased a 2 1/2 lb fire extinguisher for my vehicle. There was a bracket on the display so I assumed it came with the bracket to mount it. They took it to the back to tag the extinguisher. They brought it back in a box. Again I assumed it was all in the box. When I went to install it in the vehicle I realized there was no mounting bracket. I went back the next day to purchase a mounting bracket, thinking I had made a bad assumption about the bracket coming with. I told them I had bought the fire extinguisher the day before but didn't get a mounting bracket and would need one. They remembered me and said the extinguisher came with a bracket. I told them I didn't get one. They insisted I did, which I did not. They basically kept calling me a liar and insisting I got one. At this point; I was ripped off and didn't get my full purchase, I had to go back to the store wasting my time and fuel because of it and I'm being called a liar.Very poor customer service! I hope you don't expect me to come back. By the way, thanks for finding a bracket in the back and giving it to me. You handled this situation very poorly. A simple apology for the inconvenience and getting me the bracket would have been a much better approach.

Won't take a return of product still in stock. Will never do business with them again.
