5*’s! Danny was extremely professional and pleasant. He went above and beyond to thoroughly clean two dryer vents inside and out. He vacuumed behind the appliances, which other companies do not bother doing. The Samsung dryer has a front area that accumulates lint and has no access. Danny made a slight alteration making it possible to access and was blown away by all the lint that had accumulated in a place no one knew about. This was a service I did not know existed!!! But then found out about the fires that can occur due to dryer vents being plugged. And that they can actually get professionally cleaned.Our clothes were taking FOREVER to dry, we almost bought a new dryer. I called Okanagan Dryer Vent Cleaning, and Danny was punctual and showed me everything! He discovered that the builders had put in a wrong hose that was easily clogged and replaced it. He even climbed up on the roof and found that our vent had a screen on it (which it shouldn't) and that caused a HUGE clog!! He cut it off, cleaned it, and let me tell you! OUR DRYER NOW DRIES!!!!I cannot recommend this service and provider enough!!!!!! I know Danny is booked up (with good reason), but I highly recommend pre-booking him to get your dryer vents cleaned!!!Thank you Danny for ensuring my family is safe and for preventing me from paying for a brand new dryer!!!
