I came from out of province needing help that day. I got an appointment, something I had trouble getting at other places. I showed up early and was welcomed. After an hour of working with my settings I wasn't charged. Great people doing a great job.

Did not have a good experience at the St. Joseph Blvd. location. Highly recommend people invest in the time and effort to go to the Robillard location in Barrhaven on Greenbank as you will be certain to receive a smile and helpful service in the event all you need are a few replacement parts that do not require an appointment for the 5 minutes needed to locate and provide the parts.

I’ve been dealing with this team for about 3 years now and can’t say enough about how great they have been to work with. Everyone working there is consistently pleasant, polite, and helpful. On more than one occasion they have gone out of there way to be of assistance and meet my needs. Would highly recommend these guys!

Philippe and his team has been nothing less than great to work with. I ordered some custom in-ear molds for my earphones and they took the time to make sure they fitted properly and made adjustments a number of times so they we're exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this place! Merci!
