Dropped by to get my pool water professionally tested on a Sunday and it was closed. So while I was parked outside, someone from inside the store unlocked the door and stood there glaring at me. So I asked if he was open, he asked what I wanted. I asked if I could get my water tested. His reply, I've been doing quotes for pool installations since 12 last night

The previous owners of our house recommended Aqua Pleasure and we've been very happy they did. They have closed and opened the pool twice now, babysat" the pool when we're out of town for a week or two in the summer

They are in my neighbourhood so I try to support them. The young girls are great, avoid the grumpy owner, and the only deficiency in their water testing is they don’t test for combined chlorine, which is odd.

Staff have always been pleasant and very helpful. I had a lot of difficulty with my pool when opening this year trying to get the chemicals balanced. They have been very helpful and supportive in getting my pool back to normal.

We just bought a home with a pool, so contacted Aqua Pleasures to open, since it was who the previous owner had dealt with. The guys who came out were nice enough, but we were hoping to get some guidance and instruction. I absolutely refuse to give any more business to the grouchy old man, I assume the owner, who treated every simple question as an annoyance and just assumed we should know everything about pools. Buh-bye!
