Diamond Delivery

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. The item delivered came severely damaged. After months of waiting and zero communication my online claim has received no clarification. I have called their main office in Surrey and still nothing

Diamond Delivery was storing several skids of kitchen cabinets for me. They stored them in trailers. When we picked up the first set of skids and opened them we found a1/3 of the cabinets had water damage. The supervisor advised me that it was condensation. Condensation would not leave chunks of ice sitting in containers I told her. I had a further 9 skids in Diamond. By them not admitting to their negligence and instead blaming it on condensation I decided to remove the 9 skids. Later that day Diamond admitted that 2 of the 9 skids had water damage too. Theiy later discovered that their trailer was leaking. Their facility is not clean, its not climate controlled, they leave stuff parked in trailers with all the doors open all day long. The floors are extremely dirty and water all over the floors too. I certainly would not recommend this storage company.

Contacted the Kelowna branch and spoke with the manager Brandy and she was a saint. She took the time to meet with me and discuss even the smallest of details. Diamond delivery has my business!

My office was told our shipment would be picked up Thursday, Delivered Friday. It is now Monday and it's only just now been picked up and won't be delivered until tomorrow. It would have been faster and cheaper to drive to the coast ourselves to pick up our order. Our project is now being held up because our material isn't here yet. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. I wait on hold forever to speak to someone who makes no effort to help and makes excuses, and doesn't try to remedy the situation. All around do not recommend.

Supply chain issues or not but this is about the worst customer service I have experienced ever. We’re supposed to deliver 7 pallets of equipment and only 6 arrive. No communication or whatsoever and when I inquire about when they are thinking to deliver the last pallet, they say we can’t deliver it unless you have a forklift because it’s too big to get off the tailgate.Will never recommend this business as their dispatch communication and understanding of customer service is next to zero.

I have used Diamond Delivery In Surrey for years always a great experience. Customer service is exceptional!!!!!

I called in for a quote to ship to batteries from Kelowna to Richmond. Mary quoted me within a few minutes and gave me the quote number. Great service.

Absolutely terrible service and company to deal with. My dough mixer for my business came damaged and I had to pay thousands to get it repaired. They did not care about the issue and try to resolve it and the customer service was so bad that I even got hung up on while I calmly tried to discuss the matter. I contacted the BBB and they got no response from Diamond Delivery. So this has hurt there score but shame on them for deciding to ignore this. Please don't use these guys.

Worst delivery service i have ever delt with. Along with Day and Ross delivery. Avoid these companies. They have no care about you are your product.I am still waiting on a package that is now 2 weeks late. I paid extra for speedy processing and delivery.They contacted me on the original day telling it it would be there at 12:17. So i cam home early to sign for it. Bit never showed up. I spent 45 min on hold to finaly talk to an operator who just said the new day is now may 6. The original date was supposed to be April 26. May 6 arrived and passed with no package or updates. So my wife called and waited about 30 min to final get an operator that tells her it is sitting in Kelowna and have no plans on shipping it until monday May 9th. She comfirmed that it arrived in Kelowna May 3 and has bin sitting there.So even with epress option they still let my 2000 dollar tv sit. I orderd this well in advance for a Birthday gift. And now a week past the birthday and the give is no where.Disgusting
