Great experience in general. Very transparent quoting process with no pressure, no high pressure sales tactics. Very helpful with regards to optimizing quote so that there is a good balance between using rebates to get a higher grade product for the same out-of-pocket cost. Had my whole house windows changed (20 openings). Very clean and friendly crew. Good following up of loose ends. Would recommend.

It is rare for a company to provide memorable customer service, quality installs, great products at affordable prices. This was my experience a year ago with Legacy Windows. Kyle took the time to understand our needs and recommend the perfect windows for our +30 year house. What was also remarkable was the great customer service we received from ALL members of the Legacy team we dealt with before, during and after the install. We were looking to replace our windows which outlasted its life. I contacted several window company's, everyone was quite eager to please me and was simply interested in getting the business. It was more commercial where they would do anything to get your business. I then called Legacy Windows & Doors and I spoke to Bert. He promptly met with me. He patiently listened to all my requirements. He then showed a number of options and the cost associated with each option. He was honest and explained everything in details. Things he did not know he admitted and went and found out the details and took us to the show room and showed all the windows and all the details associated with it. Finally we settled with casement windows for most part of the windows and some sliding doors. He was part of the discussion presented both pro and con for each window choice. Once we selected the windows he was upfront very clear about the back log of manufacturing and was realistic on the installation date. His team communicated with me and arranged the installation date. We had wired home security sensors. The casement windows needed modification and I got security consultant who pointed out better way of connecting the security system. They had to reinstall few windows to accommodate the security system wires, no fuss, pleasant and willingly did the reinstallation. The installers were amazing more like family who took care at every step. One of the window the security wire being old broke and they have to cut the dry wall and extend the wire. Not only they patched the dry wall, Ruth, Bert's wife interior decorator painted the wall so professionally it gave an amazing look. The entire experience was more like a family experience and he is still in touch and we became friend. The casement windows are amazing no one company could do single window with out central pane. The windows are extremely high quality and they even referred to the energy advisor who take you through the rebate program. I already got my BC rebate, waiting for federal rebate. In short I very strongly recommend them. What you pay is what you get. Do

Jayden and the crew at Legacy were awesome throughout the whole process of replacing our aging (early 70's) windows and patio doors. I had three companies quote the job and not only was Legacy competitive on price, they were also the only one that could supply us with triple pane sliding windows. Jayden walked me through all the options in the showroom, providing advice and recommendations. He knows all his products, the pros, cons and individual features. He didn't try to upsell, he knew our requirements and which of his products best met our needs. Very refreshing to deal with someone so honest and caring about the customer. As an example, we wanted triple pane windows but he recommended going with double pane patio doors as the cost for triple pane was huge compared to the benefit. Solid advice. Then came the install and I was blown away. I've worked with contractors before but Dylan and his crew are in a league of their own. Polite, friendly, courteous, they were amazing. They explained everything they were doing, answered any questions without hesitation, kept the house clean throughout the installation and the quality was top tier. It's an old house and you never know what surprises you'll find behind old trim and they found a few but they took them all in stride, didn't grumble or complain, just kept smiling, found a solution and made it work. The finishing of the windows inside and out was perfect. All three of the companies I had quote came recommended from friends but Legacy is the one I'll recommend every time! Thanks Legacy!

I highly recommend Jayden and the whole crew at Legacy Windows! We had them install 18 windows and sliding doors on our Vancouver Special home. They are very knowledgeable, the job was done on time and very quickly, the attention to detail met my expectations, and the jobsite was always clean. From start to finish, we truly appreciated working with this company. Whether it was the office staff, the staff doing the quotes/measurements, or those doing the actual install, we felt respected and that they were going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The guys showed up when they said they would show up, finished the project when they said they would, and were always available to help and answer questions. A small issue arose, but it was dealt with very professionally and properly, which I think says more than if everything went perfectly (cause let’s be honest, nothing is perfect so I want a company to handle things with integrity, which this company did/does). We highly recommend Legacy Windows and will hopefully have them back to re-do our doors for us too.

We decided to replace the windows on the east side of our home when one started to leak during a big storm. Over the course of a couple months, we met with 3 companies to get quotes and although Legacy was not the cheapest, they stood out for their knowledgeable staff and the way they take care of their customers. This was our first major home project and so we appreciated how Legacy offered to coordinate any subsequent contractors that might be needed should our home require additional work due to water damage. Kyle proved to be great to work with, from his timely responses and clear communications, to the way he made us feel valued by offering us a few extras (like replacing a rotten sill on an unrelated window) to win our business. He also had an awareness of the various government rebates available, and made sure to quote us for configurations that ensured we were qualified, while outlining the pros, cons, and full details of our options without trying to upsell us on things we didn't need. It was a no-brainer going with Legacy for the job!In total, the replacement of our windows took 4 days, and despite us also having our heat pumps installed at the same time, the process went very smoothly. The install crew led by Derek was friendly, courteous, and punctual. Clearly the guys have fun on the job together, and they gave us regular updates on their progress throughout the days. Of note, they also kept the job site clean and ensured the installs looked tidy, walking us through their work at the end of every day, answering our questions and addressing our concerns.In the end, we're super happy with the work Derek and his team did and all of our communications with Legacy. From the get-go, they made us feel good about the project and at no point did it feel like we were just another sales job to them. We would not hesitate to hire Legacy again, and would highly highly recommend them to anyone looking to get new windows or doors!

Peter and the staff at Legacy Windows were great to work with during our home construction. Peter made recommendations for window and sliding doors based on quality/expense from his experience and those recommendations were spot on. I recently had Alex of Legacy Windows and doors arrange to do my vinyl siding as well I as add wood around my existing windows and a band around my house to give it an updated look.Although the crew were young (Jaxon, Levi and Cam) along with 2 others that helped out (Chris and Guy) they all worked like crazy.They were all extremely polite and explained things if I had any questions.I would highly, highly recommend this company and its’ workers if you want a job that’s done as quoted, on time and on budget.
