Ignoring service. I visited for the first time for service of my car. I picked up after the service and felt surprised by their complimentary vacuum inside the car. Anyway your concerns will be considered on the next appointment to fix this. Doesn't matter if you are paying the bill, you still need to remain standing until asked to be seated.Politely neglected behaviour.Never recommend!!!

I recently purchased a 2023 Tucson and had a wonderful experience. I initially put a deposit down for another vehicle then changed my mind and Ivan made the change process seamless. There was a bit of a wait for the vehicle to come in; however, Ivan always kept me updated and was available to answer any questions I had. Upon arrival of the vehicle the entire team was wonderful from the finance department to the sales manager.

I have dealt with Langley Hyundai for some time.I had previously owned several Hyundai’s but after moving to a local area I purchased two from Langley Hyundai and I found the service amazing. One was an Elantra and the next one a Tucson. As I said the service was amazing. I went to Langley Hyundai to trade in the Tucson. I wanted to purchase a smaller vehicle and was looking at a Kona. Not one sales person offered to help me. I then went to another Hyundai dealer and purchased one and paid cash. I felt I would give Langley Hyundai another chance believing this was a one time error. I brought my vehicle in for the normal maintenance. I then picked it up and drove home. By the time a got home the engine was smoking and fluid was dripping out all over the street. When I called, the main concern for them was whether or not I had roadside assistance. I did, but the fact they worried about that and not what they did to my new vehicle was unbelievable. My vehicle was towed in and when it was ready to be picked up they stated the error was with one of their new employees ….No apologies nor any rebate on the 971.00 invoice for original invoice. Will be going elsewhere going forward.

Purchased a 2019 Kona EV Ultimate. I have had a few dealership experiences over the years, these guys went above and beyond. Finance manager came in on her day off to finish everything, sales team got me the upgraded EV for same price as a base model. These guys are amazing!

Had a great experience with my recent car purchase. The sales staff were friendly and professional throughout the process. The financing and insurance departments did a great job explaining all of our options to us. Making a follow up service appointment for installing accessories was very easy and everyone was super helpful on the phone. The service and parts staff are also very knowledgeable and quick to help out with any queries I had. I also want to personally thank Chris for going above and beyond in making me feel like a valued customer.

July 5 2023 finally decided i was ready to purchase new or near new vehicle,went into your showroom viewed the N series on floor waited for one of sales people to approach me,2 had clients the rest were scrolling on phones,not one showed any interest in why i would be their for probably 15/20 minutes. I left without any help and figure they must not be interested on any more sales. Maybe install sign on door “We Have Sold Quota For Today”.Geraldine Burdeyney
