Lamia a pris le temps de bien m’expliquer les produits, de me conseiller et surtout de faire de beaux emballages cadeaux. J’avais pour habitude d’aller à la boutique de La Baie mais j’irai désormais à celle de PVM. Lamia est très professionnelle, elle est douce patience et elle connaît son métier.

Love the products, and the smell when we go in is just amazing!

A message for the sales associate -- whom I just learned is in fact the store manager: While I can see they're hard-working and savvy, please consider giving the client space and not at all taking a defensive position if s/he needs time to reflect on a purchase or might be hesitating over costs or doesn't want tissue paper in the bag. Our interaction, in my view, was awfully prickly. I felt like I was facing an adversary -- not quite the in-store experience I seek. (Obviously.) And, if extra time was deliberately taken to provide me with a receipt -- when it appeared I was in a rush -- that's regrettable.Nevertheless, I hope I enjoy the cream I purchased. And, I hope I can find a L'Occcitane branch whether in Montreal or elsewhere that prioritizes genuine friendliness above everything else.

It's a good store, but it this location is closed for renovations until Mid June 2017
