What an amazing salon! Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. The pedicure I received was so relaxing and hats off to Mike for doing such a beautiful job on my toes! Definitely recommend this salon and it is so clean! Will definitely be back, thanks guys ♥️

The best nail salon I've been to! Amy is so friendly and finished a whole new acrylic set within an hour. Very good pricing and clean store as well. I'm not from medicine hat but I'd come back just for her.

I wasn’t going to post this review but after seeing another lady getting her nails redone at a different salon today I thought it was necessary. 25 years of getting my nails done and these were by far the worst set I have ever had. They took 30 minutes, were bubbly, uneven and the shape was terrible. If you zoom in you can see how uneven they were, seemed like old paint. The previous two times the paint peeled right off. I DO NOT recommend going here.

They always go above and beyond, very friendly, & excellent work. Ive had many experiences here and all great! They helped my husband with an irritation on his foot and they did not have to as well. Highly recommend.

Walked in to try and see if I could get a fill and pedi, was able to book for a mani, but then they said they would do both.. amazing! All wonderful there. Super nice and I love my nail! I would never have picked the colour they did but I am holiday ready now!! Will definitely be back!

It was my first time to get my nails done and Amy did a great job! I Highly recommend.

The young gentleman that did my French Manicure was outstanding! On a separate note, customer service training would greatly benefit the receptionist.

Not impressed with my pedicure. My nails weren't cut straight, the color on the swatch they didn't actually have and used two different colors to make it so one layer is a different color than the top layer, the color is unevenly applied and she didn't even paint the entire nail on some of my toes. Won't be going back.

I hate to write a bad review but..this is pretty bad. Very nice people and nice place but the nails I had done yesterday are just bad. The surface is not smooth, all the nails are a different shape. When I mentioned that the surface was wavy, he seemed shocked that I couldn't see what he saw, which apparently was a perfectly shaped nail. I don't like arguing or making a bid deal so I said ya ok whatever and let him finish. I definitely will not be going back. The nail shape is all wrong, anyone can see they aren't even lol. Product build up too close to cuticles. Just no. Sorry Diva Nails. Nice people and I feel bad but a customer shouldn't leave with nails like this.

I came here for my wedding nails and the service was awful. The lady who did my nails was Super rude and condescending. She made rude comments on my nails (they were natural) I will never go again. The front desk girl was kind enough but she didn’t do my nails. I also have sensitive skin and their soap is very scented and I had to use it anyway. And the prices are too high for this quality and service. I also requested the nails shorter than they were originally clipped but the lady said they looked good the way they were and left it at that. I showed photos of what I wanted and they still didn’t know the background colour properly after I showed photos. I told them I wanted exactly like the picture and she just didn’t seem to care or understand.
