Terrible service, booked for three people per room. Pull out bed in one room had yellow/brown stains on it (can provide pictures). They didn’t have any blankets for the pull out beds neither did they leave any towels for more than 2 ppl. Cannot blame the staff at the lobby because they just follow ownerships rules.

We got a room with kitchenette for our stay. It was good and clean. The breakfast buffet was ok. The pool was U/S for the length of our stay and that was disappointing. On the other end, it is very small...The front desk staff was nice and responsive, but they could use a little bell at the front desk as I had to make my presence known since they were usually at the back.They don't seem to enforce the smoking policy (9m away from doors outside) as the stairway and halfway leading to our room stank from smoke, that was quite unpleasant and unhealthy.Location was great for our purpose, and is near a cineplex/commercial zone.Lastly, their gym was one of the best we have seen in an hotel. Lots of equipment and was clean.

We were here for 3 days and enjoyed it so much. Very nice and helpfull Stuff. We got new Towels, Soap, Bedsheets every day. The Breakfast is amazing. We were able to make our own fresh Waffles every morning. I enjoyed several hot Coffees every day for free. We have used the TV without extra charging. The location got only 4 stars because the hotel is in an industrial park. But that didn't bother us at all. We definitely will come back again!

Great hotel for the price! Every staff member I met was very friendly and helpful. The rooms AC didn't work so I told management and they moved me to another room with no problem. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping came every day with clean towels and to take the trash. The free breakfast was slightly different every day of the week. They offered scrambled eggs, toast, yogurt, and fruit every day. They also had bacon or sausage depending on the day. Was the breakfast the best ever... No. However, for a free hotel breakfast, I have absolutely no complaints.

Room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Overall service was great. Lots of parking. Pool is small and the water is cold. Breakfast was not that good. In a quiet place but good accessibility to the highways.

If I could give this place a zero I would!! worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Where do I start with the many problems, the room overall was nice and modern as it was just remodeled however there was hardly any cutlery or dishes in our room with a kitchen, had to call and they had to bring it to us from another room. There's no ice machine in the building at all. The pool was not working the whole time I was there for 3 weeks kept saying they're waiting for a part. Other guests were smoking inside the hallways I guess because it's too cold outside and nothing was really done when we complained to front desk and we can smell it in our room. Couple of times when I went to get looney's for the laundry machine they didn't have any they said I had to come later in the day. We had to ask for clean towels and for staff to clean the room even after a couple of days and even our garbages were not emptied. The breakfast is beyond horrible the bread is stale and not covered the meat is barely cooked and tastes disgusting and the eggs are even worse. Sometimes there wasn't any coffee or there wasn't any water in the machine or the waffle maker was broken so many problems to list. Bianca was the only staff member who was helpful and went out of our way to bring us fresh towels at night when we asked for them. We did speak to the acting general manager Nat and my husband gave him some ideas as far as the breakfast was concerned but he kept saying that he's just acting manager and he could only do so much, we suggested getting a toaster and putting some frozen waffles out there which he did do the next day but then they would have no syrup or they would be out of butter or there would be no coffee or no yogurt or just not enough of anything to accommodate all the guests during a busy holiday season. Overall I would not stay here again the location is good close to restaurants and transit but poorly run low staff not trained very well, very disappointing

It was great! The pool was clean rooms were clean we stayed for 4 nights and every day they would restock the bathroom l. Breakfast was awesome. One of the staff members helped my little guy get a waffle. Scrambled eggs everyday, meat changed daily, muffin flavours changed. Staff was super helpful. If I had to come up with a con I’d say laundry was over priced 8$ to do a load 4$ for one load of soap and the ice mechine was broken but we had ice in the fridge. Loved the size of the room fit our 3 kids and us great, kids slept 10 hours every night. Location was perfect no more than a hour away from all the activities we had planned. 3 mins away from restaurants. We loved it! Recommend to a friend!
