Free Gas Company Ltd - Propane Service

We have had Free Gas as our propane supplier for the last 5yrs and have been 100% Happy with their prices and their prompt service. 3yrs ago we had them install a large heater in our garage & 2 wall heaters in our bathroom and pump room. With it being so mild this winter we haven't had to turn them on. With the prospect of freezing temps. thus weekend we had to start them up yesterday. Unfortunately we were having problems starting them up so I called in the afternoon and by 11 am Friday morning we had a technician at our home. Chad was friendly, professional & very polite. He quickly found the problem and had both heaters up and running within 45 mins. He advised me on how to ensure we didn't have similar problems again. We now have peace of mind that we won't have frozen pipes this weekend. It's a wonderful change to deal with such a great business who ensures their customer's needs are meant. Thanks again

Called in July talked with sales person. Called him back a week or so later and was on vacation. Was told that he was the only sales person. Not a great business decision there. So told the receptionist that and I'd take my business elsewhere. She was totally fine with that on the phone. (FS/UPIENERGY got our business as well as neighbors.)

Highly recommend this family owned business for excellent customer service!Their automatic delivery service provides us with peace of mind for uninterrupted propane delivery. Free Gas expertly installed our air conditioner and thermostat. We rely on their services for our home heating/cooling and hot water and enjoy cooking with propane.When our furnace broke down on what turned out to be the coldest day of the winter (go figure!), Free Gas responded promptly and repaired the furnace with in stock parts. On top of their excellent friendly service, they shared the cost was covered by an extended warranty the previous home owner had purchased. Thanks Free Gas!

Recently we had an issue occur with our propane-fired water heater happen at 11:30 pm on a Saturday evening. We left a message with the answering service and had a phone call back within 5 minutes and a service technician on-site within 15 minutes. They diagnosed the problem, solved the issue and even came back the very next morning to install a new water heater. We were very pleased with the service level given to us and are happy that we chose to deal with Free Gas.

Very please with the customer support during a difficult winter storm. They were so pleasant over the phone, listened and explained their situation with regards to the backlog they were facing but still managed to provide the much needed propane before I ran out. We have been with this company for over 20 years! Very reliable service.

I am very pleased with their prompt service and deliveries throughout this cold snowy winter. I had the service technicians come in January when my new furnace was installed, and they answered all of my questions and were very professional. The girls in the office are always friendly and knowledgeable and my delivery driver is awesome! He is very respectful of my property and I can count on him to deliver in a timely manner. Contacted on November 10th via the new option of text (told I was on the list) my tank was at 30% noticed that the tank was then at 15% and contacted them again on November 28th. Still no delivery and it's been nearly a month. Understand it's a busy time of year for them as it is for everybody. Tried calling again as my tank is even lower, only getting a busy line.

When we built our house at the lake, we did the normal, a few estimates to see who our supplier would be. I am glad we chose Free Gas, they supplied our large propane tank, ran all the lines to the house and to the garage. They supplied our water heater and installed. Very reasonable price, beating their competition. They always seem to have the lowest price on propane also. I am glad we chose Free Gas and recommend them anytime I can. All their staff is very courteous whenever we deal with them.
