Horrible return policy , brand new down vest on sale , sizing is off and they will not let me exchange it for another size . I get no refunds but come on , I wore it down to exchange it and she straight up said no . This sad man . It was a gift to me from mom and now it’s useless because it’s too dam small !!quite the joke after I’ve spent 400$ here myself for ski season !! Haha will definitely not be recommending or coming back . Thanks a lot tamarack hahaha

Not accustomed to reading the fine print on receipts so I didn’t get “all sales final” memo. Wasn’t mentioned at the till either.Bought the wrong size of snow suit for our infant son. Brought it back a two days later to exchange for a smaller size and there was zero will to accommodate me. Not even if I was willing to take a hit on a cheaper suit. My tough luck!!Owners policy.
