Phil and his staff are amazing to deal with! We personally work with Lisa and she is wonderful, very patient, kind and she has always thoroughly explained all our options to us. My parents also use Phil MacLean and have for 25+ years and have always been treated with respect and given great rates. We would all recommend Phil and his staff for all your Insurance needs!!!

I honestly could not ask for better service. Lisa, Phil and the team are absolutely amazing to deal with. I have multiple things insured through them - home, two vehicles, off-road vehicles, etc. which does change often. My coverage changes with the seasons and I have had lots of vehicle changes in the past year, all which were handled with ease. I really have nothing to worry about when dealing with this company. I am well taken care of and know I have the best coverage that I need. They are also very quick at getting back to me and getting things set up. Couldn't be more happy! If I were to rate them on a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 25!

Highly recommend Lisa and her team. Have been with them for 7 years, their customer service is phenomenal, rates are reasonable, and when you need your insurance the most they come through for you. Am very sad that I’ve had to switch insurance provider as I moved out of province... Switched to State Farm last year and haven't looked back. Competitive prices and great service. I have 3 cars and 3 houses and keeping everything how I wanted it was always a time-consuming hassle with my previous insurer. Andrew Marshall at the Kingston branch has done a wonderful job helping me keep everything in order and always responds to my requests quickly if I need to swap my active insurance to another vehicle due to an emergency, or if I have urgent questions about my rental property insurance policies. With Andrew it's quick, easy and friendly and he always makes sure I understand all of the costs and coverage I am getting so I can make an informed choice and manage my risk exactly how I want to.

I'm not sure what my husband and I would do without Lisa and Phil - Lisa is always 2 steps ahead, goes out of her way to make sure we secure and appropriately protected (we're not terribly organized people!). We've had multiple house moves in the last year, changes with our cars, and Lisa consolidated our life and business insurance to avoid any major hikes for the future.
