Come to get my son’s passport. We came around 9 am and there were maybe 3 people ahead of me. The whole experience was so easy and fast. Everyone I talked to was very friendly.

5 stars are even less to appreciate Riyaz and this center, 3 passport applications including one infants passport took around 22 minutes to finish with no line-up whatsoever! Riyaz served us with smile, joke, proper care and extremely professionalism.... However, it all depends, last night was a snowstorm and cleaning up snow was a big deal, we were even late... But the service we got is beyond 5 stars, especially with a 3.5months old.... Highly recommended!

The workers here are on strike and didn't accept the application for my son's passport as according to them it's not essential. His passport is getting expired how is it non essential? Pls check before going there. I just spent 1 hr for nothing and took the day off as well. What a waste.Very very unfair and frustrating.

Booked an appointment for passport renewal. Got first appt of the day at 8:30AM, June 29/23. Got there at 8:15AM and was first in line as the office wasn't opened until 8:30AM. Got in right at 8:32AM and out 20 minutes later. Pretty fast.Was given an estimated timeline to receive my new passports in 5 weeks, which I thought was reasonable considering the slow gov't services CDNs have been experiencing as of late. I got my new passports today, July 10/23. Wow, that was impressive, new passports in 6 business days! Yay!

Easy and fast with helpful and respectful staff.I was there for my passport application at 8:15 a.m., just 5 people ahead of me. A nice lady opened the door at 8:30 and instructed everyone about thprocessss and guided everyone to different stations. 5 or 6 stations were available, and all were working helping customers. I was instructed to station #2, and my job was done in 10 minutes. 8:40 I was on my way out.Amazing!Thanks to all staff

Arrived at opening at 8:30am with 5 people ahead in line. We were served quickly and left within 30 mins. Great and friendly service.

I needed to transact the SIM number for my partner, my 15-month-old baby and myself. Upon entering, the person at the reception told me that my baby did not need it, and I told him that in the children's benefit they asked me for it, he said no. As I passed, Evrelyn???? Attended me……. I'm sorry I don't remember his name well since it's a bit complicated.! But He was very attentive and told me that he can gave me the number for my baby since I will be need it, he explained many things to me and was detailed. Thank you very much for your attention and I apologize for not remembering your name correctly. Likewise, I had doubts about the next appointment for my baby's passport and he explained it to me, since it was not the procedure I was going through that time. Thank you very much for your hard work.

Arrived here 8.45am to apply for my passport and there were 5 people ahead of me. I was out 1hr later. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this Office.

I came here for my passport at 8 am and there were 2 people ahead of me in the line. The office opened at 8:30. Security and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Joanne helped me with my passport application perfectly, she is so nice, friendly and professional. I was all done at 8:45. This was an amazing experience at an amazing office with amazing staff.
