Clean and tidy place. The breakfast wraps we had were both amazingly good, highly recommend those! Good coffee as usual :)

This was my first time at this location and the first time ordering the Craveable Roast Beef Sandwich. I came into the shop rather late in the day and was told I was too late to order the item I really wanted, so this was a second choice. The server was friendly and helpful. The sandwich itself was the reason for the reduction of 1 star. The sandwich depicted in the menu board looked like it would have been a satisfying meal with ample meat. The sandwich I received had three very thin slices of roast beef just long enough to cover the base of the bun. I would estimate the weight of meat at about 2 oz. It looked nothing like the photo on the menu board and was not filling at all. I would return to this location based on the quality of service but would not order this item again.

I've frequented this store for years. The last 6 months to a year it has really gone downhill. Owner really needs to take a good look at who they have running the place because they're losing long term customers left and right in the neighborhood. The problem started when management shifted and should definitely be addressed.

I’ve ordered cheese tea biscuits “toasted” with butter, but I got it “burnt” instead. I really don’t understand how they gave it to me like that, they must have seen it and ignored the fact that there is a “human” is gonna eat it!

I've been going for some time now but they get things wrong more then they get them right and today I just went got 2 coffees and 3 chocolate milks for 3 girls at home and 20 timbits and they gave me 16 plan timbits

I have been visiting this location since 2018 and my experience was a mixed bag. One major downside was the inconsistency of the coffee. On some visits, the coffee was flavorful and satisfying, while on others, it fell short and lacked consistency. As a coffee lover, this was disappointing.Additionally, I felt that the service could use some improvement. While the staff was generally friendly, there were instances where the service could have been better. Orders were occasionally mixed up or took longer than expected to be served. It would be great if the team could work on enhancing their efficiency and attention to detail.In conclusion, if you’re looking for consistent coffee and flawless service, this location might not be your best bet. However, if you value a cozy atmosphere and are willing to overlook occasional hiccups, it’s still worth a visit.Hopefully, the management can address the areas of improvement and provide a more consistent and enjoyable experience for customers.

I have been going to this Timmys for about 6 years the 1st 4 or 5 years great service super fast always got it right last year or so totally new crew so slow it's rediculous and never get anything right
