It's a good place to get roofing and building supplies. The customer service staff inside are very knowledgeable and helpful, they are also very friendly. Unfortunately after you make your order it takes a while to get what you ordered.

The staff is Rude with a lot of attitude, they just don't want to be there. If you don't like what you do you should find a new place of work. Only this one location has such rude staff, other locations are great. Please get to the attention of an owner / supervisor for this location and make sure there is quality control on the matter. These guys are my go-to for roofing supplies. If you need it, they’ve got it. Delivery with crane truck available as well for larger jobs. You can bend your own custom flashing at the Weston location, or have it done with CNC downtown and shipped to the location of your choice. Helpful, knowledgeable staff.

As soon as I walked up to the counter with a box of what I needed, the woman behind the counter knew exactly what I wanted and didn't even have to say a thing. This after I went to home depot , home hardware, fastenal, and one other roofing supplier which all had no clue what I was after. I was in and cashed out in 3 minutes. Thank you!

If I could give this place a no star, I definitely would! One particular staff ( brown complexion & heavy weight)ruined It for me. She is very loud, abnoxious and unwelcoming. There is a time and place for everything and one should be careful what they say when in a place of business. Pls teach your cashiers basic customer service especially this young lady! However, I gotta give it to the tall gentleman that’s clearly there to do his job.
