Love this store! I get all my earrings and band shirts here. The staff is awesome. They make it fun to come into the store every time and I always leave laughing. The manager Brittany especially is really helpful and always shows me the new stuff they get in. See you guys next payday! LOL

OMG the best place to get party knick knacks more for adult . They have a wonderful collection of shooter glasses an awesome collection of t-shirts with all sorts of sayings and the list keeps going. I totally recommend this store.

This store has to be the best Spencer that I have ever stepped foot in. It is clean and very well organized . The staff is extremely friendly and always on top of their game. Everytime I come in I feel like family. Someone comes and helps me right away even when I don't really know what I'm looking for. Thanks Brittany and Maya. I felt really bad tonight when I watch a group of people come in and purposely not wear their mask and stood there laughing like little childern. I thought they were being extremely rude. The staff were professional and didn't even break a sweat. You guys all rock. Merry Christmas

Store is a little crowded. I understand that associates have to ask if I need help with anything, but it would be really nice if for once I could go in and out of that store without being asked 3+ times. Its a novelty shop....I just want to look around and if something jumps out at me, I'll buy it. I don't need that much help.

Usually I love this store.. but the last time I was in I was sold something the cashier just scanned instead of asking if I wanted the item. After paying 7$ for it, I found out the item will give me allergic reactions. So I went to return not even 5mins after buying. At first I was denied service. Then instead of giving me my money back she gave me a gift receipt....they SCAM you! So beware. She also made very rude comments towards me as I was trying to return. Calling me dirty and dumb.

We came into the store, asked to see a product, and we’re told by Britany the sales person we weren’t allowed to view the item before purchasing. We were then asked to leave for a reason she did not disclose to us. If I could rate zero I would.

Very terrible experience. I have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. I have a doctor's note to prove it. The staff working there denied me service because I cannot wear a mask. I tried to show them my doctor's note but they wouldn't listen and said that I had to wear a mask or leave. I understand that we have a mask mandate but it clearly states in the bylaw that some people are going to be exempt. I will never shop here again.

I am sooo mad. This is the 3rd time I have bought jewelry from them and the thread on the screws are trash! Like you can’t even get it to screw on! Are they reselling returned Jewellery that people have worn and the thread is all worn out ?!!!! Absolutely gross. Spent close to $70 today and both could not screw on I spent 2 hours trying and I bet you they will argue with me for a refund. Absolutely infuriated
