Worst pharmacy ever ! They are so incredibly rude and arrogant . Even when I have a small question and call , I’d be surprised if someone answers the phone, and if they finally pick up , they do not know what they are doing. I only go there because they are the closest to me , but seriously thinking of switching .I never write reviews , but they deserve the negative comments .

Pharmacy takes way way too long to fill prescriptions. Moving to a different pharmacy. I was 3 days without mental health medication and it totally spun me out. Thanks.

I love Hartzel rd Shopper’s Drug Mart! They are kind, courteous, and caring ! The staff go out of their way to help their customers !

Have been going here for two years now. The staff at the pharmacy are so incredibly rude. There are maybe two ladies carrying the whole customer experience. Waited to see if the experience would get better, it did not. Will be changing pharmacies.

The pharmacist people are not helpful they just look at you dumbfounded.. all I wanted was help with my congestion and pressure in my ears and no one really helped they just had me wait when I could’ve picked up the medicine in the aisle.

Waited 2 hours for prescription, kept telling me will be ready in 10,15,20 mins waited over 2 hours!! Do better, not organized at allllll.

Pharmacy is always rude and unorganized. They are impatient and do not try to make an effort for anything. It’s a shame. Pulling our rxs from here and going elsewhere for better service.

Worst pharmacy ever! Assistants were all rude except one ,pharmacist is never there and the one that is there is oblivious, long waits lost faxes, ignorant and rude to customers disgusting behavior

If I could give 0 I would. The cashier was pushing me to use the self checkout like her life depended on it. when I insisted I wanted to be cashed out, she continued to vent that everyone is upset about this and she is being pushed to do it by her bosses and she is sick of hearing about it. Excuse me? I don't work at Shoppers. And I don't want to cash my own stuff out. She is literally talking herself out of a job. Keep your negativity to yourself, put a smile on your face and do your job! Go to Rexall... they have way better customer service. Shoppers, maybe you should listen to THE CUSTOMER. Stop pushing the self checkout! It's there as an option and that's it. I own a small business, and the fact you are at a 2.4 should be fueling you to make positive changes. I sincerely hope you do. **also noticing my review has not received a response. Interesting **

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill so bad. Front cash is either closed or nobody is there or they just walk away from you. They keep pushing self check out. If I wanted self checkout service I would open my own place and serve myself. Only a few women there who make the place the rest of them I’m not even sure why they are still there. You never get acknowledged when walking in she usually just turns her back to you. The older lady at front cash has absolutely no personality or any business being in customer service. I will be very surprised if they are still open in a year. New owner is nice but he has changed it so much and not for the good.
