We received the call from Armoires PMM Tuesday and got an appointment with our Rep the next day. Rep was kind and straightforward with our needs. Awesome to be able to see how our kitchen can look like in a 3D plan. Can’t wait to see our new kitchen next Thursday!

The service is excellent and I've not been disappointed. Only reason I give a 4 out of 5 is because they delayed the installation day, which was Friday, to Monday, so I will have a whole weekend without a kitchen. But other than the delaying, I have been satisfiedI am editing my response so here is the updated version. 3/5. So regardless the delay, the installation was done well. Be wary that all protection you put on the floor, they will remove it and my floor got a bit damaged but it is nothing big but it stinks. The seller said it would take little time to set the kitchen, but the countertop is still not installed and it has been slightly over a month now yes we have a temporary counter but with it being temporary, the plumber refused to install the pipes for the sink so we have been washing the dished in the bathtub, basically. For a month.

I had a meeting with their rep and he was very detailed on how the work will be done. He was very patient and explained very well. He even gave us some good ideas of home renos

Had a meeting with their rep the same day I booked the appointment. He came quickly, understood all the requests I wanted for the new kitchen. Sat down and created the 3D rendering right away for approval. Yes the price is a bit higher than others I've checked but they are ready to deliver 10 times faster than any others. Will update when they install the kitchen.

In only one meeting, Didier came to our home and explained A to Z how our kitchen renovation (measures, 3D plans, choices of different materials, etc). The service was outstanding! Didier was kind and polite; took his time with us. We were able to see how our dream kitchen would look like in a matter of hours.The delivery time is so quick. We were able to have a installation date the next week. The employees are attentive and go above and beyond to satisfy customers and they do not count their hours. And the fact that this is a family based company, everything made in Québec is very pleasing.I can't wait for my kitchen!!!

Overall great experience. All my questions were answered. I was able to visualize what my kitchen would look like. Did not get a written estimate, which I found unfortunate since I want to make an informed decision on such a big investment.

Had an appointment and they never showed up. No call, no reschedule. Complete waste of time.

Presenter was excellent. Through no fault of his own I do 4.5 as the software could have been updated with a few more options. Also, there was missing the black countertop sample.

It was nice to meet them for a rough planning session; they use quality materials and the array of finishes is modest but would cater to all interests. They are indeed on a pricier side (don’t expect ikea bottom line) but you get quality, 25 year warranty and A to Z execution. Financing also available. Would recommend
