Can only comment on the Gentek windows that we purchased recently. Terrible quality. A lengthy list of issues, including the windows being severely bowed, paint missing and bright blue lines showing on the windows where it should be black, window sliding mechanisms blowing out on first use in two of the three windows, and now approximately 8 weeks after install we already have a seal gone on a window and it is full of condensation. We have tried contacting Gentek immediately on install and they have been absolutely no help or assistance whatsoever. We will NEVER purchase Gentek windows again. Quality has gone completely downhill, and from reading reviews online and through the BBB sounds as though we are not alone in these challenges. Disappointing and frustrating is an understatement.

Every time I'm in there, they treat me like a celebrity, they always return my calls promptly, offer insightful advice and carefully deliver quality products. I have to say, my experience with Nathan is nothing short of astounding, especially considering some of the other businesses around town. Thanks guys, I'll be back soon.

Disappointing as my replacement glass is still not correct for my warranty. The installer was rude when I questioned the new replacement and when it would be coming since the first one was incorrect. I am still waiting since first visit to measure and when it came almost 2 months later was wrong size and being held in place with red tuck tape on the top of my garden window.
