What I really love about going to Herb from all the way from Kanata is the Service you get. The staff there treat all the customer with a smile on the face and like most other auto shops out there Herb doesn't try to rip you off.I took my car in because I had a transmission fluid leak, here I was thinking I would need a new transmission but Herb was able to figure out that leak was from a pipe, which he fixed for very reasonable price. He also suggested that I get my timing belt fix which was way over due but never forced anything on me.Also he's very knowledgeable and service wide variety of vehicles.Strongly recommend for anyone not looking to get screwed over by local auto shops.

These folks are super fast!!! I called for snow removal at 4:50pm and within 15 minutes I saw lights in the driveway and they were hard at work. You can't beat that level of responsiveness. It is great knowing we can count on Herb's professional snow removal service when we get those big dump days.

I just moved to the area in June and someone local recommended Herb. I went through him to get my safety inspection and paid for work to be done in order to pass. Following that I had another issue for which he gave me a quote. Was talking to my cousin who is more knowledgeable about cars than me, and he noticed that the part Herb had quoted me to cost $305 (separate from labour costs) actually cost $186.99 at Canadian Tire. So Herb has been over charging me for parts plus charging labour. Thanks a bunch Herb! I will definitely not be back and do not appreciate being taken advantage of. As much as I love small businesses I have been going to Canadian Tire where at least they will not profit off of the parts I have to purchase. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Thanks to Herb we are on our way! From out of town, broke down on the side of the road trying to tow some equipment home. On a very hot busy day Herb came to the rescue and we could not be more grateful to him and the team he has there. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and if my boyfriend wasn't my mechanic I'd bring all my vehicles there!

Once again I'm impressed with the level of service Herb White provides, at very reasonable prices. They noticed that the brake drums they had replaced last year were rusting when putting on the snow tires, and were able to replace them, under warranty, the same day. Highly recommended.
