Great bed sheets. We got a good deal at the CNE and we are very happy. Best bed sheets that we have ever slept on. 10/10 would definately buy more from them when we need it.

I bought 3 sets of New Season sheets. First set from the Bay and then the other two online from New Season. 2 weeks ago I bought another set and there is an issue with my order and I need to return the sheets. To activate the return one needs to contact their store. Well after one email and (no word of a lie) 7 phone calls and left messages each time, no one has bothered to call me back. Sadly, they lost a customer but I guess they don’t really care.EDIT: I contacted my credit card company and will be getting my money back. It will take awhile but don't be fooled by this company.

I had excellent service at the New Seasons Tex store and I have always purchased my bedding from here. The quality is A++ and the pricing is quite decent.

I purchased from the New Season Tex twice. The quality is very soft and long lasting even after washing. They have a nice selection beddings that are fashionable with many different bedroom styles. Owners are also very kind and helpful! I searched at places like Walmart and bed bath and beyond for a duvet but found that the prices were better here for the good quality

I purchased sheets, duvet, duvet cover, pillows, pillow cases and more for 3 beds at the end of July 2022. Everything was sent in the wrong sizes and wring colours. I tried to contact customer service via phone but no reply. I've emailed them over 2 dozen times and have had correspondence with someone named Mohammed who barely types in English and with poor grammar, not able to make a sentence. Nothing has been resolved and it's now the end of September....2 months later. I have sheets that don't fit beds in my house, nevermind the wrong colours. I spent a small fortune here and for cheated. Shame because the product does feel great and fabric is quality. Stay away from this company.

Was pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service. The employees were extremely patient and eager to help me find the perfect bedding set. Additionally, the bedding was clearly of a high quality and completely worth its price. It was very fortunate that I happened to stop by this store. I will definitely be purchasing more sets in the future and will reccomend it to all of my friends.

I’ve paid several visits since I first came across this company a few years back, not once having regretted my decision to enter and purchase their high quality bedding deco. All I can really say is that you check it out for yourself; the owners are a delight and never fail to be of assistance nor lend a smile upon a customer’s arrival. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is just very refreshing. Aside from the great quality, it’s the various designs and styles which make this store so unique from the rest and a breath of fresh air from your typical white lace bedsheets of temporarily comforting quality. Highly recommend.

I bought a sheet set from Season Tex on Groupon in July and when I received them, they were not the quality I expected. So, I called the company directly and I am very happy I did. On the phone, Namal was patient & helpful even though I could tell she was very busy. I was offered an exchange, the return shipping was paid for by Season Tex and I got the sheets I wanted! Beautiful colour, beautiful quality! I am putting in another order very soon.
