Great place, but should consider bringing in running carb gels. It would open your demographics to runners, ultra runners, triathlon athletes and more.Edit: Excited to check out the carb gels come may! Just in time for my marathon run.

Every time I've gone to Herc's I've had a great experience. The staff is always knowledgeable and answers every question. They always suggest great things for what I am looking for. The staff is also very fast to great you as soon as you enter the store.

I stop in at the Stonebridge location on a regular basis. I find the staff to be very personable, knowledgeable and always provide me with a positive experience. I am a new customer to the supplement industry as of a few months ago, and was apprehensive about having to walk in to a store to make my first purchase. The staff here is incredibly helpful, yet have a no pressure sales approach, which I like. Also, their shakes are amazing!

As a new customer I will honestly never come back here. It was not a personable experience, there were 3 guys 'working' and I got nothing but a 'Hello'. They were all standing behind the counter, while empty product boxes lay on the floor in a mess. Save your money, there are better places to shop.

Every time I go to hercs the staff are very friendly and very helpful. I just started my fitness journey this year and was very new to everything and they always point me in the right direction and tell me which products work best for me. I also had a bad experience with one of the preworkouts and they helped me find a great one. Every time I have a small issue with one of their products they're more than willing to help out!
