I had my initial appointment at Dr. Mocrae’s office as part of an Opencare referral, and am quite impressed! The staff were very polite and made me feel extremely comfortable after previous poor experiences with another dentist office. The staff took the time to explain what was going on and their suggested care plan. I will be returning.

I was in an emergency situation and I needed a new dentist and Dr. Steve Mocrae's office helped me right away. They're so nice and friendly. He really helped save my teeth after a very traumatic situation. I'm so thankful.

As a long time client who has brought other family members here, I will no longer be back.You refused my daughter the use of your washroom, who was about to have an accident, all because we didn’t have an appt the same day.Your customer service as the front desk is terrible.As mentioned, we won’t be returning.

I recently visited Dr. Mocrae due to some tooth pain I was experiencing. It was a visit that I was not looking forward to as I haven't seen a dentist in 15+ years and haven't had the most enjoyable visits in the past but after meeting with him and the staff I was quickly put at ease and the experience was very positive. I went ahead with a full check up and xrays and look forward to my next visit in a few weeks to get a cleaning done.

Dr. Mocrae's practice and team are exemplary. Dr. Mocrae, the technicians and the staff are all kind and professional. The office is also spotless and I would highly reccomend the clinic to anyone looking for an awesome dentist

We came to see Dr.Mocrae after a bad experience at another location. Dr. Mocrae and his whole crew have been nothing short of amazing. Our children come to the office and are always in good hands. They’re positive and take away that dental anxiety that my youngest has. Jeannie is amazing at her job. Her communication and response to help is quick and comforting. Brandon was great as we waited. He included everyone with stickers and positive feedback. He was fast and efficient. I find peace knowing my kids are in good hands! Thank you so everyone at Dr. Mocrae’s office! You all rock!

I had my first appointment with Dr MOCRAE. The entire team is extremely professional and kind. Tammy the hygienist is absolutely incredible. I’ve had tons of horrible experiences with going to the dentist and I have to say that this dental office is great. If you have dental anxiety you can feel piece of mind coming here. Very kind to disabled people as well.
