I used to go there all the time , but after the pandemic I went twice and both time I was disappointed. First I went for lunch time" my first order took so much time to get serve that before receiving it

They sat us in a table that wasn't fully clean. The grill wasn't changed and the table felt greasy but they still places new plates and utensils. Our first order took a while but finally came. Our second order however did not come. Since it was lunch time, the waiter approached us saying it was last call so we reminded him that they still didn't bring our food from our second order but we made a third in order to make it time for deserts. We received our desert and the bill before we even got the rest of our food. They were at least kind enough to take our deserts away and give us fresh plates. The food is good, the atmosphere hasn't changed much from the past but the service is severely degraded. It's too bad because this place was my usual go to spot for kbbq. I'll look elsewhere as this is now at the bottom of list.

I came in with my girlfriend who has sea food allergies. We asked if it's safe to order the pork or the beef. They said they use the same knife to cut out the portions. They don't clean the knifes between different meat. It isn't sea food safe.

It used to be my favorite spot but now the quality has significantly dropped. Their menu has been downsized and the choices of sushi significantly reduced. Food was very cold and bland, felt like we were eating frozen leftovers. Food had questionable taste. Moreover, they pushed back our reservation we made 2 days in advance. My siblings and their friends received a very bad service. The waiters were rude to them threw the plates on the table and shoved the payment terminal on their face while they were clearly still eating and didn't receive half of the things they ordered. Worse part is the price got so much higher for poor quality food, reduced selections and poor service. Don't go there.

I liked it, I had no problems here. I don't get why there is so many negative reviews. I went here back in 2016 a Boston to Montreal trip. Great experience, wasn't busy. The staff treated myself, my wife and her cousin like Royalty. Thanks for the experience. Cheers!

This restaurant is full of CHEATING. It is easy to understand simply because they know their customers are travelers who wont come back for their food. The restaurant posts pictures with 100 different foods but serve only few (20) of them. Also, nothing they serve is the same as the picture they post. The portion is tiny and very low-quality. By the way, the servers are Chinese, not Koreans. I have not seen such a Korean-owned restaurant in my life.

We celebrated my friend's Birthday here. We had to wait in line on a Saturday night for about 40 mins which is okay since it was a dinner on a weekend.Food is good, serving size is adequate. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Place is clean EXCEPT for the women's washroom. I'm sorry but it was terrible. As soon as we opened the door, we had to fall back because of the smell.Everything else was superb. I would still recommend the place because of the food and the staff.

Great all you can eat restaurant with wide range of options. However, service is a little disjointed and toilets need much greater maintenance.

This place is a mess. Staff is a mess. I explained the problem to the waiter, and he said the manager is new and thats why this happened. I asked for the manager, and I was told they left.Went there, with 5 other people. We had a reservation, when we arrived, they sat us on a table in the basement level, which was very stuffy and dirty. We were 6 people in total, and the host took us to a table with ONE bbq. All remaining tables had two. The table we had was meant for a maximum of four people.It was horrible, me and my wife ended up leaving without eating and the waiter, and hostess did not seem to care, and of course, the manager was not there.Horrible, stay away, never again. These people just dont care, I was complaining to them but they were like robots, programmed to say Sorry brand new manager" and "Manager is not here right now"Go somewhere else .."
