Called Tony to fit a log burner, he arranged to come on Monday, then didn’t answer his phone, doesn’t respond back. I then called from my work number and he answered and then gave me a shoddy excuse. He is unreliable and unprofessional. He should just be upfront and tell he hasn’t got the capacity to take the work. That way he saves time and we can then arrange for other services

Absolute waste of time. Contacted to do a job, hadn't got the decency to get in touch to say they were not coming. When I rang again I was told he would be coming the following week. Am still waiting and still not have a call or text to say he was not coming. Unprofessional. Would never try to use again.

Unreliable! Booked and agreed a chimney sweep. Not only didn't they turn up as promised but they never contacted us, either at the time or since. Consequently we went elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend.
