Best service garage for my VW Golf TDI. I have been going to Universal now for about 2 years and they are the very best!! They always fit me in, perform quality work, answer all of my questions and, are so pleasant and professional. I have never trusted a garage like I do Universal. Family owned/operated and very trustworthy. I hope they stay in business for ever!! Thanks to everyone at Universal for keeping my car in tip top shape!!

I had an emergency with my car and told the representative that below the car my plastic protector has been fallen and I need it to fix it and it's going to take 5min of your time. He told me to go to Canada tire !! So I would advise not to go there.Waste of time !!

Have heard good things about this garage so was shocked and appalled when they charged $134.00 to change out my winter tires for my summer tires on rims. They didn't even have the decency to come out to the waiting room and let me know.

I have used this business for many years now and I trust them for any of my vehicle maintenance and repair needs. They always take the time to tell me what they did and which services will likely need to be done in the future (eg. Brakes) so I can plan accordingly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this shop.

I was very impressed on how quick I was in and out for my tires to be switched over from winters to summers. When I got back in my car you wouldn't have known a mechanic was in it. There was no dirt, oil or paper left behind on the steering wheel, floor or seat. I received friendly interactions from the phone call to book the appointment to me leaving the building.
