Been coming to Rose for a few years and she is super nice and knowledgeable in her field. Her clean and comfortable work place makes me feel at home!

Got major Attitude on the phone from this company. Phone receptionist seems to think she knows it all. Due to Covid many companies are closed and many open still. Websites usually indicate when a specific location is closed. The Hours of operation on Google looked different than before so i thought if it was edited that they might still be open but cutting hours.This is my conversation:(Mind you, never asked to come in for an appointment at all)Me: “Hi, I’ve heard your location specializes in electrolysis for facial hair removal?”Her: “Riiighht” (complete silence after)Me: “it’s my first time ever considering it and i wanted to know how does it usually work?”Her: “you shouldn’t be doing face to face things right now. Our location is shut down until we hear back”Me: “by any chance do you know when you would reopen again?”Her: *scoffs* “DO YOU?”Me: Yes some location specifically give two wee—Her: “nononono, do you not watch the news? I don’t know if you watch it but all centres like ours are closed”Me: “i understand however most locations also put up a sign on their website saying ‘closed for Covid’ “Her: “yeaaaaa we didn’t do that because it should be prettty obvious, you should know that, not sure if you’ve read about what’s happening”Me: “ok. Thank you”—During this time, we need to be kinder to one another, we are cooped up in our homes, rudeness is not the way to go. If you can’t answer your CLOSED LOCATIONS PHONE decently, then don’t answer at all. Also keep in mind, i never asked for an appointment, i asked “so how does Electrolysis work?”. The lady assumed i was coming in, treated me like I was dumb, answered with sarcasm & acted like I’m oblivious to COVID-19. You would think people are taking to time to be calm and safe but we have people like this receptionist who would rather be rude & not listen to the customers questions before pouncing on them. Pls don’t answer the phone if you’re in a mood. No one needs your attitude, tip: Listen to the customers question before going off on them.Update:CALLED BACK. And the lady was even more RUDE to me than before. But yes, u were rude about it, during these times we need more kindne-Her: NononononoonoMe: .. You’re being rude again, you’re notletting me spea-Her: I THINK, you’re being OVERLY SENSITIVE, iiii wasn’t rude, your being sensitiveMe: I’m being sensitive? I’ve come to have an adult civilized conversation with you & your not letting me spea- (she was ranting while i said this)Her: you are sensitive, i will be replying to your review, i think i don’t need to talkMe: nice adulthood my friend-I cut the phone at this point. The receptionist has the nerve to call me sensitive, doesn’t hear me out, no apology instead even more rudeness. Asks me to let her speak when i couldn’t even get a word in.What the hell just happened? Am i really ruining your business at this point? I literally never attacked her but instead was labelled overly sensitive. Is this business serious?Thank you for looking out for our health & safety, i commend your for that concern. But that doesn’t mean you can be rude while doing so. Asking me “don’t you look at the news?” When all i asked was ‘how does electrolysis work’.My gosh.To the receptionist, i honestly wish you & your loved ones well & safety, but you were very unprofessional. I have a following of 12K & 160K+ it is NOW that i will post about You on social media.

Been going to Rose since March this year for electrolysis, she is amazing! With electrolysis, hygiene is very important & she makes sure of it! She has so much knowledge in regards to hair removal. The results are amazing too, I had quite the beard fuzz going on & it’s reduced so much!

I’ve been getting service from Rose for a few years now. She’s an amazing lady, and her work environment is always clean, and comforting. I’d recommend electrolysis from a professional like herself. I get my brows done as well, and they always look amazing thanks to her!
