Everyone at Mona Richie wants to help make your big day special and they want you to absolutely love your dress, and it is so welcoming. I appreciate them so much, I'm so excited about my dresses! I had my mother-in-law's wedding dress altered there (unbelievable transformation) and bought another wedding dress and the whole process was amazing. Highly recommend.

Perfect store for anyone seeking a prom dress!! As a very picky shopper, I knew exactly what I wanted prior to entering the store. Once I arrived, I was assisted accordingly and they understood my vision for the dress. I want to thank Bessie for being beyond kind and friendly during the process, as she took into consideration my preferences and what styles I desired. She made me feel like a princess trying on the different gowns. She truly made the whole thing one to remember. Mona and the entire team allowed me to feel comfortable and confident during my experience from the moment I walked through the door. The dress itself is absolutely perfect and I will always look back at this special experience with nothing but wonderful and happy memories. Vera was so incredibly helpful throughout our experience. She brought out the perfect dresses for me to try on. I'm very indecisive so I would ask for her opinion and she gave me really great insight until I was able to find my dress. She also made sure my mother and mother-in-law were having a great experience as well. When we finally found the dress she also celebrated with us! Mona herself is so incredibly intelligent and kind as well. I highly suggest getting her opinion while you are here. She definitely knows what she's doing and looks out for you. Amazing place, with amazing people.

I've been looking for a prom dress for my daughter for months and wasn't successful. Walked into Mona Richie Boutique and right away we were greeted. The staff is very friendly. Bessy was the very nice lady that helped us. She was so patient and kind and knew exactly what she was doing. She made my daughter feel very comfortable and very happy because she found her dream dress. I would 100% recommend Mona Richie for anyone dress shopping. Thank you to the amazing staff!!! After visiting 6 other bridal dress stores, I was so relieved to find the perfect dress at Mona Richie. From picking the dress to alterations the Mona Richie team was so helpful, accommodating and fun to work with! Their selection had lots of options and the team was able to work within the time frame I had. After a few alteration sessions, Sonia worked her magic to make sure the dress fit like glove and was how I wanted! BIG THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for making me look and feel amazing in my dress!

I have been having trouble finding the perfect dress. Walking into Mona Richie boutique , has been more than a great experience, they definitely know what they are doing! I have found my perfect dress here and cannot thank the women who work there for their pleasant and welcoming hospitality. I felt so cared for and appreciated. I want to give my thanks to Mona and her team for helping me find the most beautiful dress for my wedding day. My experience was very positive from the minute we walked in and worked with the consultant (Mania) during pandemic restrictions. She made me feel comfortable when trying on all the gowns. We were able to look through the racks, take photos, and video call family when it came time to say YES! When it was time for my fittings Mona was there at every single appointment, directing staff, placing pins, and making sure everything was perfect. Sonia is such a skilled seamstress and patient woman. THANK-YOU to everyone at Mona Richie Boutique. I will never forget my experience, and will always reccomend this shop to all brides. :)

I count myself lucky for meeting Mona and being one of her brides. My mom, bridesmaids and I had a lovely time shopping at Mona Richie and found the dress that spoke to me most within a few minutes of our visit. After seeing me in the dress Mona offered us a great deal to work within our budget & because she knew the dress and I were meant to be! Most important of all - I felt truly confident & beautiful upon my fittings that Mona made a point to be at and her team of seamstresses took care of all the adjustments promptly and with great care. Mona also provided us with hairstyling & accessorizing advice, and made sure I got time to practice wearing the dress & walking in my shoes at the boutique before I brought the dress home, so it could remain safe & clean before the big day. Most of all - Mona made me feel like a true queen, pumping me full of confidence and helping to ease any jitters I had about wearing such a form-fitting dress! In the end, I am so glad I got my dress from her shop and received nothing but compliments on our wedding day for my look!

Mona and Sonia were the best people I could possibly work with. When finding my dress Mona made me cry and truly feel like a princess. It was an experience I’ll never forget. Sonia was so gentle and helpful she truly listened to my wants and helped me create my dream dress. She was a dream to with with. Not only did they help me find my dream dress but they worked with me closely to ensure all the details were perfect too. I was never disappointed once during this entire experience and I can’t thank them enough. I got so many compliments and a lot of people said it was the most beautiful dress they’ve seen. I am so thankful to have met these two beautiful hard working women. I will recommend them until I die. They always put their clients first and ensure you truly have the dream of your dreams. I purchased my dress December 2021, my wedding was October 2022. Finding my dress was an exciting experience, the consultants were extremely helpful, Mona even showed up here and there to offer suggestions. Wide variety of dresses to choose from. I had my alterations done at Mona Richie as well. I had quite a few things that needed to be modified to the dress, for example added diamond straps, lower back, add crinoline to make skirt fuller, add a bustle, shorten the hem, and add boning to the top part of the dress. I had 4 alteration appointments in total before the dress was finished. In the end everything was absolutely perfect, Mona made sure I was 100% happy and comfortable with my dress before taking it home. The only negative thing I can say is that I had to wait about 45 minutes - 1 hour on two separate occasions when I came for my fittings. I guess the previous bride's were running late or the store overbooked. Overall I am very happy with Mona Richie, I would definitely recommend :)
