Good car mechanic shop, have visited numerous times over the last 5 years. Their prices are fair and compare to other places. This particular time I decided to write a review because Vaishal (I hope I'm spelling that correctly), was very great at explaining to me what the issue was with the car tires, he was very patient when going through my options and helpful!

This shop was recommended to me by a mutual friend. Mike & Jesse was honest professional and saved me a ton of cash but most important, my car drives like a million bucks and is safe on the road. Highly recommend this automotive shop.

Highly recommend. great service. good prices. Our car broke down while traveling. mechanic helped immediately. on the same day he fixed everything and we could happily return home (we live 1 hour from Peterborough) thank you very much for your help.

Master Mechanic came recommended from the detail shop next door . We had a trailer hitch installed and I ask them to go over the vehicle . Must Say I'm very impressed with the service , my vehicle is now ready for the road trip.

I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years, as has my mother and husband. These guys are professional and you just get the sense that they love what they do. Super customer focused and always have availability for me within 24 h of my needing their help. Picked my car up today for wheel bearing repairs and they went ahead and fixed my flat tire that I didn’t even know I had when I dropped it off for no charge . I had to get the car over to another location for a windshield replacement. The mechanic offered to drive the car there for me while I followed in the rental car to save me walking back 20 minutes to the shop. These guys are a full stop shop. Best car repair place I have ever seen and given that I grew up with parents in a repair business, that means a lot.

I called Monday to have a safety inspection and had an appointment Tuesday morning. The inspection showed that repairs were needed. Repairs were explained to me and I was given the price, timing for repairs was bang on. Vehicle was ready when promised. The best part was that they didn’t have to replace 1 part, so the price was reduced accordingly. They could have just replaced it and charged me the full price and I would have never known. Would definitely come back for any repairs needed in the future!

Before I bought my first car yesterday, I brought it in to Master Mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. Justin walked me around the whole car, pointing out all the things that he found and suggestions for maintenance. It was very comprehensive and made me feel much more comfortable proceeding with the purchase. They even helped me put on my plates. Thank you!

I had an 8am appointment for today as I was desperate for a Saturday appointment for Front and Rear brakes so I didn’t have to take time off work. I drove an hour with my infant to Peterborough after last nights snowstorm only to be greeted by a gentleman plowing the parking lot who informed me Jesse was just there putting up a closed sign and would not be opening for the day. I explained my situation and he offered to call him and see if there was a chance he’d return, unfortunately for me he wasn’t willing to but did offer to have me leave my car there and he could do it Monday.My rating is not based off of service but solely off how unprofessional they were not even having the decency to call and give me a heads up that they weren’t going to be opening. I risked our lives and wasted two hours commuting for nothing, luckily for me Canadian Tire was able to fit me in.

The staff here were super accommodating, and booked me in for a next-day appointment at 4:15 even though they close at 5. I came to get my skid plate fixed because it was dragging on the ground, but it was too broken and they had to remove it entirely. The guy at the desk (didn't catch his name) was so nice as well, and even gave me advice about replacing my falling-apart key fob - $10 on Amazon, apparently! All told, the entire experience took 15 minutes from arrival to departure, and they were nice enough to waive the fee for removing the plate. Would definitely recommend. Thanks fellers!
