I came to the store with only a photograph of the hardwood in my home that I needed to match. Guss was able to find me a product that was very well priced and as close to the color that I was ever going to get. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly from sales to pick up at the warehouse. I installed it and we are thrilled with the end product. The whole experience was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place! • I went to the North York location, where both Yousef and Gus were very friendly and helpful. The installer Hassan, was extremely professional and did a great job! • I am very happy with my flooring/stairs renovation. (3 sets of Hardwood staircases & luxury vinyl flooring throughout)

Amazing service. Ghassan (Gus) helped me throughout the process and was quick to respond.I needed hardwood flooring urgently due to an issue from my contractor. I was extremely anxious and stressed. Gus was extremely helpful throughout and also consoled me not to worry and offered great advice. I was also offered a discount without having to negotiate. Same on reorder when I needed additional material.Would 100% recommend The Hardwood Outlet. They offer genuine advice and guidelines and also have the best pricing based on my experience.

Yousef is the salesman who helped us for our entire flooring experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and sourced a specifically narrow width of floor that was difficult for us to find elsewhere, to match our original old Toronto home floors.We were not the easiest customers, we had to call him with questions multiple times throughout, and ordered more wood than we needed, but Yousef answered everything along the way and let us return our surplus of wood to the warehouse.The warehouse men were efficient and kind as well. Now that the job is done, our floors are gorgeous hardwood ash and the wood quality is unmatched. The prices are competitive as well. Definitely will come here for all future flooring needs!

Just got back from picking up a few extra boxes of vinyl plank flooring from Gus. Gus and the other employees were patient, kind and very helpful in helping me choose the right flooring for my basement and staircase. Gus spent almost an hour without pressuring us to make a purchase. I will be back again when I need to update other rooms of my home. 5 STARS for The Hardwood Outlet!

The Hardwood Outlet did an amazing job for me. I needed an emergency removal of the carpet in my main floor as well as all the tile in the kitchen hall and bathroom. Gus and his tream came to my rescue. All within one week, I had the place mesasured, chosen the vinyl planking, ordered and installed. The girl who did the measuring was polite and very capable. The team doing the installation was efficient, professional and cleaned the mess up totally when they were finished. I am extremely pleased with the process from start to finish.
