I am writing this on behalf of my wife who had a bad experience with Dr. Kilani in the delivery room. The delivery of our son went well but in hindsight it felt a bit rushed by Dr. Kilani. My wife experienced a second degree perineal tear during delivery. Dr. Kilani made quick work of stitching her up which was appreciated. But it appears she was a little too quick. As my wife began to heal she noticed that the stitches were placed way to tight resulting in the vaginal opening being reduced by close to 1/2 it's original size. This has resulted in significant discomfort during the healing process and a lot of worry relating to possible future issues with discomfort during intimacy and future childbirth. During her 6 week follow up appointment with another doctor, the doctor also voiced her concerns about the poor placement of the stitches and said that the issue may need further medical attention. No new mother should have to go through this and possible further trauma if surgery is required. This is medical malpractice and is unacceptable.

Dr. Kilani is so kind but her receptionist is so rude. I have had issues ongoing and trying to reach her at the clinic or the hospital is so impossible. They never get back to me, I feel like I have to go in and speak to them directly and firmly. Not impressed with the ppl behind the desk at all.

God's plan is perfect and I knew it when Dr. Kilani took care of my baby's birth. I have no words to express my gratitude to her because throughout the process she made me feel safe, confident and in good hands. She is a very loving doctor and dedicated to her work. Thank you Dr. Kilani for this wonderful experience. God bless you.

There seems to be a communication/logistic issue at dr kilani’s office. Had first appointment today, was not even booked in their system. They never answer phone, they advise to email instead, which they never check as well, which became obvious when they didnt have my appointment in the system because i had emailed them about my appointment.Dr kilani seems disconnected from the admin staff. First thing dr kilani said when coming into the room, ‘you’re supposed to have an appointment’ , not knowing that the staff dont answer phone nor do they check emails. And then eventually apologizing when realizing they didnt check their email.Reading other poor reviews of her makes it clear communication is a constant issue here at this clinic. Not impressed with first appointment. Seems severely understaffed, disorganized, doesnt feel welcoming at all.

Dr. Kilani herself is very friendly and easy to talk to. However, I was constantly needing to ask to have things done instead of her recommending things, which was always followed up with well yes that would be a great idea and we should definitely do that. I feel as though it should be up to her tell someone what they need - not us guessing. The office is so disorganized it is unbelievable. Constantly waiting at least 40 mins before being seen, even if the first apportionment of the day. Her administration staff seem to constantly be overwhelmed and scattered. You can never get through the phone lines and it took over 3 weeks before I got a response from an email. My appointments got moved around a few times as well. Luckily, this was my second pregnancy because I had no confidence in this office at all.

Dr. Kilani is amazing, but her staff also go above and beyond. Krizia has been so helpful with everything, I truly appreciate it!

I visited Dr. Kilani's office beginning of June. The staff working there are pleasant, but it is very disorganized and there are long wait times. I spent 2.5 hours attending my appointment. If you are only booking a half day off work, book the full day. When I arrived at my appointment there were not enough chairs for all the women waiting. Many are obviously pregnant so this is concerning. I feel Dr. Kilani is over booking, possibly due to demand, but this is back firing. The office is small and clearly they need more space and administrative staff. After being called I was told I was having a biopsy done, there was no advanced notification at the time of scheduling. The nurse was friendly and professional, but she was not able to complete the biopsy and had to call in Dr. Kilani. I still don't have the result from this biopsy.Calling the office and getting someone on the phone is like winning the lottery. You can't leave a message so be prepared to spend time calling to get through. When I finally got through the receptionist could not book the special ultrasound ordered for me because she was 'new'. Dealing with this office is very frustrating and you need to have time in your day to follow up. It is nice to go somewhere that is getting to bottom of things, but the disorganization does not build confidence in the doctor herself, even though I feel she is a very, capable physician.

Had Dr Kilani when I was pregnant with my son - she let me go two weeks overdue without checking on how my son was doing and decided to induce me. When I went for my induction I felt like my son was stuck, and due to family history on both sides I was very concerned I would end up the same way so I opted for a C-section to prevent having to be rushed into an emergency one. I was told I would be taken in for one that day, and that I couldn't eat or drink because I was waiting for surgery. After some hours she was overheard by a family member talking to staff saying she was putting it off trying to force me to go natural. Then she took off to the city and said she would inform the new doctor what was happening. A new OB came in and said she heard I was going to be having my son naturally, and when we told her everything that I was dealing with, my family history and what I had signed she said One moment
