Absolutely incredible customer service. I purchased a very expensive skim board which didn’t work out for my riding style. Matt and Hannah went above and beyond to find me a board that shreds. They were awesome to deal with. Super friendly and really know their products. It feels good to support this local shop. Thanks guys, looking forward to my new board.

I've tried other stores for better prices and nobody can land it. Not only that but the employees here are ten times more helpful than any other store I've been to. Don't even waste a second at Sportchek over Attridge. Not worth the hassle. Go to the right place the first time.

Great deals in February and March for demo skis. I bought a pair that I demoed. The staff were very helpful. I really didn't know much about the advantages of a wider underfoot, the higher rise, etc. My husband also bought a pair that he had demoed from Attridge.

They have great people on the floor to help you make decisions and an exceptional, 30-day performance guarantee that simply says if you aren't happy, they'll fix it and do right by you. There's no fine print. I experienced service first-hand this year when I replaced skis and snowboard that had been stolen from my property. I purchased the Burton step on binding system and found there was a design flaw that introduced too much 'play' between the boot and binding. Cam helped me out and I have to say there are few people in any industry I've encountered who understand and execute customer service to the five-star level. He really hustled and helped me get out of there with a great solution...but the store was jammed and he had to juggle other people and their questions too. He was unflappable, stayed positive and made the experience fun for me. People like that put businesses over the top and make them a success and I hope he is recognized for his work because he deserves to be. Thanks.

Bottom line top quality products top quality customer service I had like 3700 questions all of my questions were answered with full detail.I ended up going with a burton step on system Burton Board Burton boots and of course bindings got discounts on my helmet goggles and board oh yeah and helmet that was also discounted I wasn't expecting to get anything on discount but I got a discount which is amazing best $1,700 I ever got to spend. Anybody that thinks they can get a better deal it's crazy if you live in the Okanagan you definitely got to see this store again their customer service and staff and their knowledge base is amazing it will keep you alive keep you having fun and best of all you'll be a repeat customer I know I will be a customer for Life there is no need to go anywhere else after this experience truly Magic
