It is very comforting to know how well looked after she is. Kudos to Meagan as well for all her help with Pat with her iPad as we send her pictures and FaceTime with all her great grandchildren.Mostly, many thanks to Cory who facilitated mom's move in the nick of time right down to passing along the phone number of the person who ended up buying her condo in Tuscany. I had a great experience working at the manor village for a short amount of time (sometimes I wish I could’ve stayed longer) everyone was very pleasant to work with except 1 of the supervisor, she was unpleasant to work with and not the nicest to be around. I had a few rude encounters with her, I don’t know why she was rude to me. little confused about that. I am grateful i got to experience working there.

So I have nothing bad to say about the staff at Rocky Ridge Manor. They have all been very polite and helpful with my parents.We did have a fairly rushed move-in because I was moving my parents from BC. I just want to bring everybody’s attention to the fact that they charge of $3500 administration fee when you move out. That was not relayed to me . However it was in the contract so I can’t fight it but at no point was that ever talked about to me during the process.There are a few holes in the wall when we moved out from where pictures were but other than that zero damage so I’m not quite sure how a $3500 fee is a valid charge or just a money grab??Bottom line is wherever you go read your documentation before you sign anything this was very disappointing end to this journey

I am very please by the previous review. I am the Executive Director at Rocky Ridge and we are very proud of our cozy atmosphere. I always say to people when they come in the door that it should feel like coming home". People think they need to give up space

I have worked with the Manor Villages for many years, and I very much enjoy the positive and friendly atmosphere. The staff members and Residents make it a joy to come to work each and every day.

The compassion and quality of care that all staff and residents showed my mother during her illness were truely remarkable. Brenda, Cory, Caroline and Mitra set up the activity room with tables, linens and china so my mother could have her final Christmas dinner there. Tootsie, Sara, Angelo and Tess in Wellness were also so kind and patient with my mother. I can't say enough good things about the people who work and live at The Manor Village at Rocky Ridge.

For two yrs working here at Rocky Ridge Manor Village I really appreciate all the things here, the staff are very nice especially our wellness director who give me a chance to practice my profession as a Health Care Aide. Above all, I've learned a lot about Geriatrics and I enjoy caring for our wonderful Residents. The Manor Villages ROCKS !!!!!

My parents had to find a retirement home in a very short amount of time as my mom was being released from hospital. The staff at the Manor has been amazing in making this fast transition possible. Hailey, Jamie, Cassidy, Sarah, and all of the other staff have been welcoming, accommodating, and exactly what my parents needed to make this transition smooth. The units are beautiful and very gracious, the residents are very cheery and welcoming, and the whole lodge feels like a happy and upbeat place to live. We are very excited to be part of this community, and look forward to my mom and dad having happy months and years there.

The staff I have met at The Manor Village of Rocky Ridge have been so kind and caring and go above and beyond for my mother. It’s a good place for her to call home.
